Very good location, very big room in the middle of tropical garden, very quiet allthough the main road is just around the corner, nice swimming-pool, the best buffet-breakfast you can imagine, very helpful and friendly staff.. . Vicinity of small supermarkets and many dining options, a few houndred meters from the beach and bust station for free buses, about 10 min walk from night market...

everything was perfect

The breakfast was excellent and the location was perfect. Had a clean pool located close to the family bungalow and the staff were polite, friendly and very helpful.

There were a few minor issues with the room like a broken lock and a blocked shower drain, but they were all fixed very quickly by the staff.

Lovely little bungalows in a nice garden setting. Convenient location in a laneway off the Main Street so easy to access bars and restaurants but nice and quiet within the hotel grounds. Pool was great and the staff were fantastic helping us with all of our needs. We rented motorbikes from the hotel for a very reasonable price and had laundry done. I broke my foot during my time in Phu Quoc and the staff kindly arranged for me to move into a more easily accessible room.

I didn’t have a shower screen door in my bathroom, however my friends did, but not really an issue. Some more sun beds around the pool would be great, but we still enjoyed laying by the pool.

This is my 2nd time staying here. Everything was perfect: the location, staff's helpfulness, morning buffet, the pool, the cleaniness etc. The price here is the best value you can get with the service offered. The only setback is the property is not very close to the public beach, but i don't think that wont be a big problem tbh.

We had a great stay here! The room was comfortable. The property was really nice. The pool was clean and a good temperature. Breakfast was delicious, it was mainly buffet style but they cooked eggs and pancakes fresh. They also had a tea time at 1:30 with tea, juice, and cookies. The staff were kind. The location was good with lots of restaurants around and only a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Breakfast, especially when there is a lot of people, staff can't replenish food. But it's a small problem.

Great cheap little hotel complex, the staff were excellent and the food first rate. Location is perfect as well, Pool was very nice, clean and refreshing

Didn't really like our bungalow, the bed was against a wall, the AC was pretty weak unfortunately. Hotel towels were not great and had seen better days. However you get what you pay for and overall the stay was very pleasant, I would book again but maybe a poolside family bungalow.

The bungalow was very clean and comfortable. It was quiet. This bungalows hotel is ideally located, close to the beach and amenities. The pool was very nice. The breakfast was copious and very good. The staff was friendly, willing to help and give good advice. I really enjoyed my stay.

Nothing. Everything was perfect. I appreciate everything in the bungalow. The wifi and the aircon worked very well, it was clean and quiet.

Excellent location. Very quiet. Owner or manager (Lady )super nice. Very helpful good English. I could no say enough good things about her. Nice pool tropical setting off of the Main Street. Close access to the electric green bus. Very clean rooms.

Only thing I could complain about was the wifi it was spotty at best

Professional staff, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great, eggs / omelette cooked to order were lovely, not all oily like other places. Pool area is nice, my flight was in the evening so they suggested to use the pool and outside shower cubicle which was great. Close to the beach.

Not a negative but I asked the receptionist about the airport bus and she was adamant there was none but I took it from the street outside to the airport with no problem. It was pretty frequent.
