Location out of the town a bit, however grab taxis very cheap. Breakfast was supposed to be from 6.30am until 9.30am, however when we appeared for breakfast on the first morning at 8.45am we were told it was finished!! After this we negotiated for drinks and omelettes to be served for us at 8.45am, and for the rest of the mornings this did happen.

There is no bar or spa at this hotel. I would not have booked this hotel if i had realized there was not a bar. It says in the details there is a bar, also picture of outside round bar in photos, but this is not operational. Also no spa ( but no photos of one anyway)

Very nice resort with lots of greeneries. Rooms spacious and cleaned daily. Towels refreshed every day. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall it’s a value for money. You get for what you paid. My kids also had so much fun watching frogs every night, near our room. Their was a small fountain with tadpoles and frogs

Located a bit far from main road with all restaurants and bars, about 40 min walk or 10min drive. Beach is also a bit far, about 20min walk. If you’re with small kids, I wouldn’t suggest this hotel, as it’s a bit tiring for them to walk 7-8km per day. Also hotel has only 6 or so sunbeds which are always busy. Once we got one sunbed and 10min was enough for me, because got bitten by small bugs. I think their sunbeds infested with bugs and need to be replaced.

This hotel is fantastic, with spacious rooms and bathrooms, large comfortable beds, and a beautiful garden with a pool. However, the true highlight is the staff. They are always smiling, incredibly kind, and genuinely dedicated to their guests. *Duy Anh* at the reception goes above and beyond, answering every question, offering thoughtful recommendations, and providing professional, warm service. Super dedicated. The kitchen staff and especially *Trân* also stands out for their attention to guests' well-being. If I ever return to this island, they will be the first reason why! THANK YOU!

EVERYTHING IS JUST PERFECT

The hotel fascinated me at first sight with its beautiful location in the middle of picturesque nature. There is a peaceful atmosphere around the hotel, and I enjoyed every moment spent here. The rooms are cozy, clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.  The staff is polite and helpful. What nice girls work at the reception! :) Thanks to them for their help!❤ I am very satisfied with the vacation and will recommend the hotel to my friends😇👍 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We thought the grounds were so beautiful - full of flowers and a lush tropical feel. The pool was nice. The staff was extremely helpful and had such a "ready to serve" attitude. We didn't have breakfast on site but there were many restaurants within walking distance.

Our friends found their bed too firm and the pool needed cleaning at times.(The pool was cleaned daily and was great most of the time but the heat made it harder to keep up with).

A beautiful tranquil oasis, gardens, pool and bungalows are amazing. Very good value for money. I suspect pre COVID would have cost much more, so take advantage and enjoy now!! Staff all so kind and helpful especially Ju An! They have a little golf buggy and dropped us at our bungalow and even came for us when our taxi was due. Booked us couple of motos too.

Local beach is actually really nice, & great massages. But it's a tad out of the centre hence moto. Walk into town maybe 30 mins & nearby roundabout the street stalls are a bit messy with rubbish and leftovers strewn on the ground by no means fault of the hotel, just could be nicer for visitors if effort was made to clean up the area!

Santa Garden resort exceeded all my expectations, great staff, great room and an amazing looking property. I cannot recommend it enough. It is a bit of a walk to local amenities, but if you like walking like I do, it's not a problem. Absolutely fantastic value for money also.

I always research properly before booking a hotel so knew this place was a little out of the way, but it exceeded all my expectations and more.

The staff actually spoke English, which is very rare on Phu Quoc and they were very helpful. The propert was very good value for money

The beds are very hard, so it is a must you negotiate a topper for the bed (which they provided). I would advise you don't pay until a topper is guaranteed.

Breakfast is great with many choices

The only thing that I do not feel comfortable with is the toilet paper rolls. If they were a bit thicker it would be perfect
