Relaxed Ambience Food was good but not hot enough Cleanliness but could be better

Customer service needs improvement. My requests where not conveyed from one front of house staff to another so l had to keep explaining myself to everyone. Unacceptable. I had several bite marks on my body next morning. Something bit me in that room 61. The housekeeping lady who was assigned to my room was not pleasant at all. Very cold towards me. The shampoo and cream in my room was half when l checked in considering the money l paid. That's not acceptable.

Nice restaurant with good food and drink selection. Bar outside was nice. Good service from waitstaff.

I arranged for a taxi from the airport to the hotel through the front desk and confirmed they accepted credit card. I didn’t have any kwatcha and had been traveling two days so very tired. The taxi never showed up. It created a stressful situation that I wanted to avoid, which is why I booked ahead of time. That was a poor first impression.

I asked for ginger tea at breakfast, and I was told I needed to pay extra for it, to which I obviously refused. They then decided to offer it to me free. Sometimes its such small things that change Guest experiences.

The water in the hand basin and shower doesn't drain quickly. They definitely need to unblock the entire waste water system. Its not a good feeling when you're showering, and the dirty water is collecting under your feet as it is not draining quick enough.

This place is beautiful, stylish as well. The inhouse restaurant is ideal; breakfast was always delicious. The staff members are helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, close to everything.

The rooms are nice and cool without a carpet, but please put a little rug on the bedside. It's not comfortable to stumble on a cold floor in the middle of the night when going to the loo or waking up in the morning.

I did not have the moment to have breakfast, but the supper was amazing. The staff was very friendly and professional. The facilities are well-maintained and clean!

I got lost coming from the airport. I would suggest putting a big signage post near the road showing where the hotel is.

There is a very relaxed and peaceful atmosphere, in the restaurant, the pool area and in the bar. The Hotel is located close to the golf ground and surrounded by trees and green lawn. It is very quiet and close to the shopping mall with a shoprite supermarket.

The breakfast was excellent. The location was perfect for me especially that I palyed golf. I liked the outside bar.

The DSTV channel options need to be improved. The signal was not very clear.

I loved the breakfast! Good variety, great coffee, pretty breakfast area. Very comfortable bed, clean and cosy rooms.

The shower was a tad small. Kept knocking my elbows on the walls when I washed my hair.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and neat rooms. Almost Nordic interior design!

Very noisy Wednesday karaoke evening....

We were told breakfast would be available from 6:30 but it was late. Also the water in the urn was not hot. The sausages were tasteless
