Everything at the hotel was excellent

The airport shuttle didn't show up for over 1 hour, so I had to call an Uber

Very good Hotel and a convenient location for a few nights away from the airport for connecting flights. Convenient shuttle service all night and day. You will need a rental car or careem all the time or you can walk to Terminal 1. The size of the rooms and high seelings is amazing especially the junior suite

The isolation in the rooms can be improved. There is very loud music in the lobby all day and night, which must be challenging for employees and was definitely challenging for me. (to clarify its only the lobby and cannot be heard on the floors)

Perfect location if the airport proximity is your priority .. downtown and souk were about 15 to 20 mins away. Shuttle to / from the airport is on time, and 3 minutes walk from terminal (I used T3), very helpful. The room was spacious with large windows to the celling, excellent washroom/ shower. Water. Coffee. Toiletries. Overall good value for money and would repeat for a DXB stopover or if visiting Dubai for a short period.

The room was non-smoking. Signage is everywhere in the room, indicating so, but the room had some cigarette odor, not that a big of a problem it was not very strong. The room was clean, including furniture's. I don't blame the hotel for this.

As I had to stay Dubai in 20 hours for changing, I decided to have a shirt trip in Dubai and take a rest in hotel. Compared to hotels in airports and airport Lounges, the price is super good! In addition to that, staffs are very kind! Every hour we can use shatter bus! If you have long time before taking next flight, even if you don’t want to have trip to Dubai, I recommend you to use this hotel. (Some people say this hotel is so close to the airport that we can reach here 5 minutes on foot. But it is the case in the terminal 1. As I used terminal 3 such comments were confusing. It is difficult to go to the hotel from terminal 3 but you can use the shuttle bus.

It took very long time to get replies in the chat box of the booking.com. (6 hours or so?) If you have any questions, it is practical to call directly or, maybe, book in another site.

We really like the quality of the pillows, bed and beddings, the room has a simple but practical and nice design. We enjoyed the common areas like billiard area, lounge and the staff service was nice. The place is very chill in ambiance and calm. Items are also complete in the rooms ie. Bath items, clothing iron and hair blow drier, and they had complimentary water, coffee and tea as part of the service which is great. They also offered happy hour for the bar, which also included the pool bar. So we had a dip and drank beer while relaxing.

Limited cable channels and plumbing kind of had a bit of smell but surfaces were clean and fixtures worked well.

The management are superior and offer highest levels of customer service. From Mr Nadeer, Ibrahim to all the staff - thankyou excellent . I dont usually provide reviews - but credit needs to provided when its due. And anyone that speaks to Mr Spandan , would also be delighted a young professional gentleman .. Thanks chief I would also like to to mention Mr Amani, Mr Shivam, Ms Riza, Ms Shara - approach these guys and they will move mountains to provide what you need ... Enjoy and again thanks team, I felt very comfortable with all - superior team Mr Nadeer, keep going... - I am sorry I had to leave to my business event in a urgency. Thanks again .

Being interrupted by a Chinese tourist in the midst of a conversation with the management. That is not their fault, just a rude tourist. And anyone that speaks to Mr Spandan, would also be delighted a young professional gentleman .. Thanks chief

When I booked this hotel it was really important for me the prices, the place, the benefits that the accommodation could give us. As soon as we arrived we got way too more than I mentioned. I was with my Mom and my little sister an we were extremely amazed by their service and there workers. Everybody was incredibly helpful and friendly. If I had any question or special needs they did everything that I could feel 100% pleased. The most incredible friendly gesture was that they give us a goodbye cake and it was heartwarming. I recommend this hotel undoubtedly for everyone. Plus point was that the metro station was really close to the Hotel.;) If next time I fly to Dubai it’s sure as hell we would like to stay there. Thank you for the waitresses who were soo smiley, thank you for the chefs who made incredible omelettes the managers the cleaners and for the whole crew that we had the opportunity to stay there.🤍 Appreciate for everything. My stay was very pleasant, I booked only one night, and we felt so comfortable and confident about the service that we ended up canceling our hotel reservation with another hotel and coming back to Aloft. Everyone in this Hotel are amazing, from the main entrance security Lady , main lobby, and everyone in the kitchen's and housekeeping . All of the staff try their best to make you feel that you are at home. We are a family of 3, my mom, daughter and myself, and we travel a lot. For me it’s very important to have them feel comfortable, and it does not matter how expensive the hotel is, if they don’t have courtesy, attention, presentation and efficiency. We chose this little hotel because we found all those qualities here at Aloft. Special Thanks to Mary, Sarah, Tapa, Faisal , and everyone in the kitchen. Thanks for all of your courtesy and attention. We used the shuttle transfer bus to Dubai Mall and to the airport. We had breakfast everyday and had dinner also. I recommend the vegetable rice with eggs , the club sandwich and the vegetable sandwich. Fresh vegetables and crispy French fries. I recommend it 100%.

The best room service , hassle free check-,in/out , very polite and helpful staff .I cannot miss mentioning about Ms Mary who literally helped and readily solved our queries regarding other amenities, stay, bookings etc . I was very delighted to the fact that I could even plan a small bday surprise too with all the fire alarm guidance and could get it done at the outdoor seating of the hotel . We really liked the fact that every staff on the floor doesn't miss to greet us even in the presence of cultural differences . We had a very comfortable stay at this property and not just that this property is very easily accessible to metro , airports , bus stations .Heartfelt Thankyou to the aloft staff

Great hotel with the Marriott standard and comfort! This hotel is very close to the airport but is very quiet. Coffee maker and bottled water is available and is replenished generously at no cost . Large rooms with all facilities and amenities - excellent wifi and my 'go to' place when in Dubai for short business trips

I have only tried the food in bar area of the Aloft hotel but was not impressed ,also the bar of the hotel is screaming cold ( AC is running on its highest pace !) and the music is way too loud! I rather suggest you go out of the hotel for your dinner , move across the street to the 'Village' of the neighboring Le Meridien hotel which is also an affiliate of the Marriott group of hotels , where you will find a wide variety of options to choose from at affordable pricing .
