spa was great, would like to have grab rail for ease to get in and out, one extra pillow could have helped, mu husband had 2 only one for me. Plenty of hot water but shower went cold if other residents using hot water. Very quiet, no problems with noise. well lit I like the number of towels provided but they need replacing with newer ones.

fridge really small freezer part needed defrosting. carpark very small and hard to get into and out of with our car. artificial flowers in bathroom have seen better days. decor could do with a spruce up. Not bin liner when rubbish was emptied first service and the bed was not well made, my husband can do a better job.

Comfort Inn is in a great location, good parking and the rooms are clean, tidy and upgraded from our last stay. As we arrived a little later than their office was open the accessing of our key was a seamless process. Towels were good quality and amply supplied. Bed comfy.

I have a personal grumble about tea cups when I would like an evening coffee/tea. I would really like to have mugs supplied. And the area to use the well supplied "kitchen" items was not great.

Bed was super comfy! Spa was a great size and very relaxing. Enjoyed the sea view from the room. Man at the check in desk was very friendly and wished us a pleasant stay. The road noise was non existent. Absolutely loved this stay!

Fridge was a tiny bar fridge. Can’t fit much of your own cold items in. Shower pressure was terrible. Didnt like that room service came in while we were out and re made the bed / gave new towels without us knowing / asking for it.

The cleanliness of the room was impressive. The minibar prices were reasonable and the staff were helpful and friendly. Prices for the room were also very reasonable and in the top two cheapest options in Warrnambool at the time of our booking.

The mattress I stayed on in room 10 seemed to have a 'saggy' side. That minor falw is the only thing I could speak negatively about our stay there.

Excellent service, staff very attentive and helpful in getting us into our room a little earlier. Room VERY clean and well presented. Bedding and bath accessories were excellent.

Noisy people in two story room next to us with kids stamping up and down the stairs through the night. But..... is a connected room motel so didn't take us by surprise, nor did it spoil our stay.

Even though the hotel is right on the main thoroughfare through Warrnambool, the double glazed windows meant the room was whisper quiet. We just needed a place to rest for the night and that’s certainly what we got. Very clean, very comfortable mattress, black out curtains, clean modern bathroom, friendly staff, everything you need for a good night’s sleep.

The PowerPoint for my mobile phone, etc. was behind the bedside table and the bedside tables are screwed into the walls - meaning the PowerPoint can’t be accessed. The large bedside lamps are likewise glued to the centre of the tables, so can’t be moved aside to make space - in my case for a sleep apnea machine I need to have next to my bed. This is by no means a complaint. It’s just a sad reminder of the society we live in, that premises’ need to bolt down their assets so people don’t steal them.

The Manager was very kind and rectified an issue that occurred that left us without a room on our wedding night He was very understanding of the severity of the situation and upgraded our room to the honeymoon suite, gave us a bottle of wine and waved the costs of some mini bar items and reimbursed the emergency hotel that we stayed at the night before. If this happened any other night I would of rated 10. The manager’s service and kindness he showed in rectifying the situation was 10 out of 10 though.

Even though all the things that that were done to rectify the issue and the apologies that were genuine, this was our wedding night and we were stuck in our car trying to call the hotel for a long time with no answer. So my wife and I believe the rating of 8.5 is very fair. Would recommend an after hours number.

I found the room and facilities all in good order. The bathroom and bedroom were very clean. Generous tea and coffee facilities with extra sugar (bonus!). Considering we were on a main road, there was very little road-noise. the front staff were very friendly and explained what the room was like and how to operate Wi-Fi etc.

The spa was dirty.... Not that I would have used it but finding hair inside the spa didn't make it inviting.

The rooms were clean comfortable and cosy , beds are so comfortable and soft to sleep in. Staff are friendly and helpful. The spas in both rooms are very nice clean and relaxing 😌 I have stayed twice and I will definitely be back again. They also do breakfast to your door witch was lovely. Mini bar prices are affordable. Overall very nice place to stay.

One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on! The room was quite spacious , with a dining table and chairs, a couch and 2 nice arm chairs and coffee table. The room had everything we needed for an overnight stay.

I found the shower floor a little slippery when I first stepped in
