lack of facilities, no option to buy anything to drink at all throughout the hotel not even by the pool.

Rooms have an appropriate space, good cleaning conditions and beautiful decoration, breakfast is ok.

Lack of elevator and parking lot. It is easy to lose yourself when you’re climbing ladders, signs are not clear enough.

Really useful friendly staff

Friendly staff that can also speak English. We had a problem with the assigned room (due to the hotel) and they immediately offered us a new room

Too small room with air conditioning fan directly pointing to the bed, which made us sleep very badly as there’s no possibility to sleep without air-conditioning, but it hits you directly in your full body :(

Place is good value for money, however pictures are better than reality

It sits real close up on a major road. So road noise and the lack of a parking lot or area to pull in made it didficult to even load/unload luggage
