This hotel is perfect for a night near the airport. The shuttle bus that runs 24/7 every 30 min makes it very convenient to go to the airport. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very nice. We appreciated being able to get breakfast at 4:15 am!

This excellent jewel of a place is perfectly situated next to the airport. Their shuttle runs every 20 minutes around the clock. The staff speak all sorts of languages and the are all very accustomed to tired, cranky and rushed clients that simply use this hotel to get from one place to another. They have a light breakfast from 3am for those that have an early flight (me) and a full breakfast from 5am. They have a decent bar, a restaurant and even a pool. The rooms are clean and more or less quiet, everything including the wifi is fast and functional. I gave this place a full 5 stars because it is exactly what it advertises to be. This is not a vacation getaway, this is not a romantic destination - this is an independent, airport hotel that could have been awful (and still used) but it is not, this place is really a perfect airport hotel.

It’s convenient location. The free shuttle service from the airport. The friendly staff. The amazingly good hot shower, the water pressure was so strong I was able to have a much needed “hydro massage”before I went to bed! The excellent breakfast.

I would have appreciated a bedside mat. Getting out of bed into a cold tiled floor was not very ‘homely’. There are no USB/USBC ports in the room for charging phones and tablets. These are essential for all travellers and should be fitted above bedside tables and room desks. I didn’t have an adaptor to fit the power points with me and couldn’t charge my devices.

Perfect location for the airport. Good facilities, clean rooms, helpful staff, great pool. Shuttle bus to and from airport.

We struggled to find how and where to locate the shuttle bus at the airport on arrival. Some directions on the website would be helpful. Eventually, we happened to see a bus driving in and followed it to the stopping point which is outside the arrivals terminal to the far right past all the taxi ranks.

Very good hotel for someone who's planning to stay for a night before heading out the next day. There is a lot of space to store luggage in the room. Free airport shuttle leaving every 20 min from the hotel and the aiport is literally 2 min away by car. Very good value for money.

Facilities are not of the best quality and windows were very dirty from the outside. Communication with staff before the stay took very long and my question about the departure of the airport shuttle was only answered after my stay.

Great location right by the airport for a one night stay before / after flying. The free airport shuttle was also very much appreciated. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. No complaints on that front. The pool area is also very nice with loungers and table and chairs to relax. Handy to also have a bar by the pool area for drinks and snacks.

It wouldn’t stop me from booking again but my only dislike of this property was the reception staff I dealt with. They had great English so it wasn’t a language barrier … they weren’t necessary rude but very much came across like they couldn’t be bothered. They weren’t very friendly or welcoming. I found this on check in and on checkout.

It's a standard fine corporate type of hotel at the airport proper (5 min by free shuttle that runs 3 times an hour 24 hrs, which is very nice.) If you want a personalized/ local/ charming experience, this is not a place. If you want fine, convenient, corporate fare - it's the place. Great breakfast. Vending food options downstairs all night long. Comfortable bed.

Staff at restaurant could be a bit more friendly: just because I do no wear my corporate outfit and do not order Heineken, there is no reason to be rude. Cleaning chemicals they use generate quite a smell. Some more natural/ organic options are in order.

Good location, just a few minutes from/to the airport by shuttle bus; very friendly and helpful staff; great customer service (they let me check-in a few hours earlier, because my room was already made); clean, well-equipped room with air conditioning and a fridge to cool beverages; very good breakfast.

There is no path/ pavement for pedestrians to walk to/ from the hotel. You can only reach the hotel by the free shuttle service (it says "Linx" and runs every 20 minutes from the departure area, door D). There is nothing to see and to do around the hotel.

The airport shuttle service is good and runs several times per hour. Check-in was fast: most of the traditional check-in form was pre-filled, which is not a common thing in Brazil. Check-out was even more efficient. Friendly staff at the reception counter all speaking excellent English. Good breakfast with lots of choice and fresh fruit.

The exterior unit of the air conditioner of one of the neighboring rooms was very noisy and was running all night. There were no hand towels in the bathroom nor was there a small towel to stand on after you finish showering. Toiletries were limited to the bare necessary.

Perfect location if you have a very early flight or a very late flight. Bed was very comfortable Had all the basic facilities you’ll need for a night stay. The free shuttle to inform the airport is perfect

Overall was pretty clean but the floor needs attention. Just walking around left my white socks black! I had to check out at 3 am for a flight meaning I missed the breakfast At check-in, I was told there would be an option to take something but on checkout that was not the case
