The location is excellent with easy access to key areas in the city. The staff at the reception were consistently helpful and attentive, making check-in and general inquiries smooth and pleasant.

While the hotel’s lobby is impressive and gives off a good first impression, the rooms themselves were disappointing. The room I stayed in was quite cramped, and there was a notable lack of storage space. Another issue I encountered was with the coffee refills in the room. I had to call multiple times before they would replenish the coffee pouches, which felt like an unnecessary hassle.

Beautiful hotel, in a nice safe area, walking distance to Ibirapuera park and plenty of restaurants. Spacious room, safety latches on windows, very nice spacious bathroom, lovely furniture, and very comfortable bed. Gym is very big but equipment is somewhat dated (treadmill need changing!). I did not use any other facilities apart from gym.

We ordered room services and the food was mediocre at best. We were surprised considering the level of the hotel and high standards in other areas. Hotel management really needs to look into their kitchen!

Bar closed till 15 on Sunday, very complicated to got some loundry slips, but overall good hotel.... Please at the restaurant bring each plate in order not all together...(Entries, first, main.....)

The hotel is situated in Paulista which is good for walking around town but is challenging to get to via car. The traffic in the afternoon gets very bad. The breakfast was great! Lots of options. The room was good and the bed was comfy.

I paid for a room with a balcony but the bacony is locked. The windows could have been cleaner.

Room was great. Clean, comfortable, fair price and excelent location.

Invited a friend so he could wait for me and going out afterwards and I was charged by that! Nobody let him go upstairs. Not before they went upstairs with him and charging me in front of him for a couple of minutes. Talked to them after that and nobody cared. It was a very bad experience. Also the food is expensive comparing what you can get in the neighborhood although the quality was ok.

The location of the pool, should be rooftop as it didn’t get much sun. The road was being resurfaced all night for 2 nights of our stay-very noisy

Breakfast was good, just missed more fruits, other ones because I stayed 9 days and everysigle day was the same fruits. The tapiocas were super good. I'm planing to stay at the hotel in December for nother week.

The expresso coffee, the machine was not that good. More fruits, such strawberries, other berries, kiwi and etc.

This is a beautiful, ultra mod, and chic hotel. The dinner and breakfast at the All Seasons restaurant was exceptional. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was very small but had all amenities. And the bed was super comfy! The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!!!
