location and customer service

A great hotel, the room was excellent, we had a view of the beach, which made it even more special. Breakfast also had a good variety and staff were friendly and accommodating. It felt like a safe location as well with good amenities nearby. Great for walking along the beach, cycling or running. Would definitely stay again.

The only downside is that the beach isn`t super clean, but that`s not fault of the hotel. This time of year (winter) there is no sun over the pool, but must be lovely in the summer.

All of the staff at the hotel are nice! I wondered why this hotel gets the higher score although the building itself does not look so nice. Now I understand why. The people who work there are very nice and very kind. It reminded me of the hospitality spirit of the Ritz-Carlton hotel Group in its prosperous time. So natural. I believe that the management of this hotel is successful and this hotel has "it". Although the hotel itself is not new and the breakfast is nothing special, I would like to give 10 to this hotel. I enjoyed the pleasant stay. Thank you very much!!

The staff were exceptional and the facility and location was perfect.

The shower glass curtain letting water go everywhere hence having water all throughout the bathroom

Great breakfast with seaview. The staff was very friendly and the location is superb. My family and I would love to stay there again. The air conditioning in the room was silent and efficient.

My wife and I have stayed here several times- The breakfast always excellent- rooms comfortable. Free parking.The staff very nice. Web requested more pillows, and blankets and staff delivered very quickly. will return.

Was placed in a universally adapted room. No curtains in the shower and a toilet with some extra challenges.
