This hotel is beautiful! Super clean and the staff are phenomenal! The pool is excellent! The room was super clean and large! The cushioned bench ledge at the windowsill, was a perfect size for our 9-year-old who absolutely had to sleep there! While we were at breakfast, another family said their kids slept there as well! It's a silly fun little feature that makes a family trip so much more fun for the kids! The air conditioner worked phenomenally! It was over 35° c when we stayed, and our room stayed nice and cool. This is hands down our favorite hotel we have stayed at in Woodstock, highly recommend!

I stay at this facility quite frequently during my travels between the Maritimes and Ontario. This time, though, I proved that getting old has its pitfalls, as I accidentally booked the Best Western in Woodstock (Ontario) instead of the Best Western in Woodstock (New Brunswick), so needless to say there was no booking upon arrival. However, the friendly/efficient Reception staff appears to be used to these types of snafus, as she quickly checked the availabilities....and found me a room (mind you not the type I usually book, but - as the saying goes - beggars can't be choosey...LOL). She also suggested to call BW in Ontario to cancel that reservation, which - even though they were fully booked and had already turned away a few potential clients - the Manager there (Amy) cancelled the booking at no charge to me. So overall, another successful stay at a Best Western facility.

Absolutely nothing to report in the "bad box". (at least not this time).

The room had excellent air conditioning, was very clean, and the breakfast provided was great! We didn't stay long enough to enjoy the pool but we appreciated there was "adult only" time using the pool, had we wished to lap swim we could have!

We were under the impression there was EV charging available but it wasn't clear where/how to do so. It would entice more EV owners to come if they understood where to plug in.

When I arrived, I found out they hadn't received the registration via the app I had chosen. The staff collected the confirmation number and let us settle in. There was no further issue, and we were pleased to see we had the pool area all to ourselves!

None of the clocks were set to the correct time, each one I saw had a vastly different time. This just made for a few moments of "shoot, is it that late already?" Haha 😅

Location is excellent, breakfast was very good, the room was spacious and super clean.

We stayed 2 nights with my husband. Initially there was one shampoo and one soap. It was not a problem, we asked for more but we did not like this. Also it would be good if coffee and tea was available any time and not only during breakfast.

Very good staff. Good Location. Breakfast is very simple. But whole day hot water, coffee, milk, cream, sugar, and tea are available. Free parking and a lot of spots. It is a very cozy hotel.

After snow, the floor entering to the hotel is slippery. Suggest to add more carpet.

I’m did that pool was very cold I good swimming the hold time of my stay, but Look very clean, guess there a heater problems over my stay unfortunately

Even though it was late when we checked in, the person at the front desk was very polite and helpful. We were so tired but needed something to munch on and drink and the lady showed us where the vending machine was.

There wasn't anything we didn't like at all. Only thing is it could of been cheaper but it is what it is for the economy.

Due to a discrepancy in booking that wasn't even their fault, we were upgraded to the best room.in the hotel! Thank you Chris on reception for being so kind...he is awesome! The breakfast was excellent with a huge variety and we enjoyed a dip in the pool too!

Breakfast was tasty and plenty provided. The room was exceptionlly clean and was very relaxing for the stay. The staff was friendly and very helpful during my time there.

The general access areas of the hotel could have been cleaner. The hallways could have used some work and the elevator was rather dirty.
