The location is very convenient, when stay close to the city centre is the prefference. The breakfast exceeded my expectations as well as very kind and fast reception service. Parking facility is also very convenient.

The rooms seems to be in different standard comparing the other hotel services. Old and a bit used furniture including the low quality TV set was balanced by comfortable bed and nice bathroom, however.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was excellent. The room was functional, clean and comfortable. The centre of the city was close by and getting to and from the airport and station was easy and convenient.

The air conditioning wasn't very effective and the bed was a little soft for my taste.

My second stay at the Imperial. It exceeded my expectations back in 2019, and it has kept up its high standards. Very attentive staff at breakfast in the comfortable dining room. Without doubt the best hotel in Ostrava (although to be fair there is not much choice...).

A minor criticism: the over-zealous cleaners started hoovering a nearby room at 8.15 am on the Saturday morning, fortunately I was already awake but I would have been disturbed if I had planned to sleep longer.

As an overnight stopover, the hotel was more than adequate. Restaurant was still open when we arrived and the food was excellent - the double bacon cheeseburger was probably one of the best burgers I've ever had! Buffet breakfast was superb.

The hotel didn't have a bar as such, but there was no problem taking drinks from the restaurant.

- It took a long time for the hot water in the shower to start flowing - The taps in the shower are quite stiff and require more force to operate - In this price category, I would expect free water in the room and not for EUR 3 per bottle. - The television is a very old model and the picture and sound are quite poor - Relatively expensive paid parking (10 EUR per day)

Location. Property is located in the middle of the recently renovated old town, few minutes from the main square. Underground parking is available.

For 4 stars hotel bed linen and pillows were of bad quality. Something to improve.

The breakfast is very good indeed but if more variety of food available for us to choice will be excellent.

TV - I prefer a standard TV with Miracast/Chromcast function to cast my channels instead of the “hotel regime” TV.

Service at breakfast was "special". Used and cups were removed as soon as they were empty which felt like some pressure on me. I asked several times for bigger bowls for muesli but didn't get them.
