Graduate Fayetteville is a cute, charming, comfortable hotel convenient to downtown Fayetteville. We stayed to go to George's Majestic lounge for a show and couldn't have asked for anything better as far as location goes. The staff was great, loved the bar in the lobby, and the sports theme with stuffed Razorbacks on the wall was a cute touch!

We weren't told valet had specific hours and ended up having to retrieve our own vehicle. My partner's foot is broken and it wasn't ideal at 6am.

-They have started charging a resort fee. I was there one night and the fee was either $17 or $19. If that is per night, it will add up. It is not a resort. It is a hotel. The resort fe, I was told is to cover the 2 cans of water in the room. You also get 2 tokens for some (not good at all) drip coffee and 2 tokens for soda or juice. Instead of having a couple of expensive drinks at the bar, I walked to Dickson Street liqour and bout a 1/2 pint of Jack and used my token cokes for mixer. I had wanted to hangout at their nice bar but them slipping in a resort fee, in addition to the taxes, left a bad taste in my mouth. The Jack and Coke fixed that and made it a break even or ahead for me. -excessive email communications. Get off of me.

The location was very convenient. Not far from the square and within walking distance of several restaurants. The room was large and had plenty of seating. The decor was unusual and fun. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

There is some wear and tear visible in the public areas and a bit in the room, but it's not too bad.

The lounge and reception area was fun, warm and welcoming. The location was within a couple of blocks of everything downtown Fayetteville. The bed was very comfortable, views from the top floor are nice, and the shower had nice water pressure.

Some areas could have been cleaner. There was a glass top on the dresser that was clean but they had not cleaned underneath it so all of the dirt and debris was visible.

Room was great - nice size. Hotel was in a great location to the University. Parking was easy and fair. Will stay again if we are in the area. Staff was also very helpful and friendly. ...........

The decor was awesome! We absolutely loved the college vibe. The location was amazing and it was super easy for us to get back and forth to all the different places while staying there. Very centrally located

I did not like the fact that there is not a complimentary breakfast. And that there was a separate $25 charge for incidentals. We didn't use anything except the towels. That is my only complaint.

The location, quirky decor and friendly staff made the stay worthwhile! loved the bar area. Drinks were great. We didn’t try the food though we saw other patrons eating and the food looked delicious! Rooms were clean, comfortable and large. Loved the makeup mirror in the bathroom. Lighting was great for a hotel room. The little details were the most fun. Even the room keys were neat! We will absolutely stay here again!

The water pressure seemed low when taking a shower and door to room was not “light tight”- (could see hall lights around the door perimeter at night). Door was secure though. May have just been a fluke for our room. These weren’t serious issues at all for us though.

Wonderful and eclectic decor. Staff was friendly and very helpful, worked hard to keep sidewalk around the hotel cleared of snow and ice. Nice selection of local beer at the hotel bar. Located close to U or A campus, restaurants and shopping.

Heater was very noisy. Perfect temp during the day, but hot at night. The weather was ridiculously cold, the hotel had a hard time keeping the lobby and the bar warm.

We took our son to do a campus tour of the University of Arkansas so this hotel just made our visit that much better! Very clean hotel, amazing beds, and the decorations are the best. The room cards are like student ID’s! Top-notch hotel and I will only stay here from now on when in town. Best hotel that I’ve ever stayed at!

Great location within easy walking distance to a variety of Restuarant’s, and a short walk away from the Clinton House museum and the library

The bar area closed during the day. Would have liked to have been able to get a drink/coffee in the bar during the day, however they did have snacks and cold drinks available to purchase from the fridge
