Great location, centrally located to everything we needed for this trip. Staff was amazing and very friendly. We stayed during the Christmas holiday and it is so refreshing when the staff is helpful, nice and happy. That's not always the case during holidays so the great staff made our stay even more enjoyable, not to mention the great value of this hotel!

Only issue, and it is nothing major, was a rather large stain in the shower/tub. It appeared to be something permanent. The staff may not have had control of this and I'm sure that when they were aware of it the problem was solved.

Parking lot could use a resurfacing and restriping of spaces. Overall Value: Very good value considering it’s central location for northern OKC

Bathtub drain was slow to drain Carpet could use a steam cleaning This location has many surrounding businesses that have closed Just keep this location up-to-date and clean. Another hotel that was nearby has now closed so this is still one of our favorites and the price was exceptional.

The room was clean and comfortable, everything worked, and the young woman at checkin was very friendly and helpful.

I was a little concerned about security. Unfortunately there was a homeless man in the shadows in the parking lit when I walked back from Sonic with dinner, but I suppose the hotel can't do anything about that. Then, at about 11:30 pm, two people knocked on my door, a man and a woman, and they identified themselves as housekeeping, so I foolishly opened. They were just total strangers. Nothing happened; they had just come to the wrong door, but it was a little scary nonetheless. I know I was a fool, but I suggest maybe implementing and posting a policy that hotel staff will never come to your room at night without calling first. That might have reminded me to be more careful.

The staff was friendly, and the rooms were relatively nice. You truly get what you pay for.

The breakfast was subpar. The biscuits were over cooked and dry, the gravy was just plain white country gravy. There was no meat options. The pool was closed and we weren’t informed until we asked about it. We asked for extra pillows and a blanket, and they said they would have to charge us. They only gave us 4 towels for 3 days, when we asked for more they said they couldn’t get us any because the cleaners had already left. Every other Country Inn and Suites I’ve stayed at has been much better.

It's in a good location, close to the best rated BBQ restaurant in Oklahoma, and easy to get to any other place you want to go. The room was large, and the bed was very comfortable. I had trouble locating the TV channels using the remote. I also didn't get the wake-up call that I asked for.

Breakfast had no sausage or bacon. The eggs were designed to go on the biscuits, which were a bit dry. They did have gravy though.

Naomi, the front desk clerk, could not have done more to make my stay very pleasant! She made me new coffee. She gave me a room that was on the first floor and not far away, and all in all was just a lovely person to interact with 😊 had to leave at 4:00 so breakfast wasn't experience but it looked like a nice area. Also the pool is emptying that also look like that a nice place to see later in the year. The pillows and bedding could have been replaced but the rest was very nice. REALLY WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR SHUTTLE WORKING!

It was clean and comfy. We left before breakfast was served so we can't comment about breakfast.

We were told by our church that they had negotiated a discount for rooms here but the hotel denied it. So we called 4 other hotels that we were given and all denied any discount for our church. Which I found disappointing... Considering the church spoke with all 5 hotels within 2 weeks before we stayed this weekend and confirmed the discounts. But it's all about the mighty dollar you know. But we found a hotel for a king room that met our needs and was the same time from the Temple for almost $30 a night cheaper and yes it was clean and comfy and the room was bigger.

Great price! Clean, safe facility. Room had jacuzzi tub in it which was great. Free breakfast wasn't too bad. Location was great. Front lobby, check-in desk, and eating area were remodeled and looked nice. Staff was fairly helpful and accommodating.The room had a new fridge and microwave. Room was quiet and pretty private. Not many rooms per floor which was nice.

The mattress was so old and hard with coils sticking in my back it debilitated me most of the next day! I'm begging you to invest in some foam mattresses or pillow tops?? The air conditioner/heater didn't work very well either. Maybe spend some money updating the rooms, too? But overall good stay and I'd probably stay here again...

We were in OKC for a medical appointment. The hotel was located practically across the street. The desk clerk was quiet but professional. The facility and room very clean! Breakfast basic. The bed was so uncomfortable! I often visit different Country Inn and Suites and am usually very happy with them

WiFi was not working for the whole time of my stay. When I inquired about it from the front-desk, they said IT team is looking into it, but there not able to fix it for 2 days during my stay

At the time of booking I try to select the one which was located in Norman, OK, but not sure what went wrong when booking was finished, the address was shared as the one in the Oklahoma city instead of the one was in Norman, OK. I had to drive 30 minutes after my check-in once to reach to the destination.
