The staff is welcoming and we appreciated the attentive and friendly check-in. Room was crisp, clean comfortable and inviting which provided a good nights sleep. Breakfast was exceptional. Excellent quality, variety and attention to detail. The service was friendly and food was hot! The breakfast area was immaculate and kept that way throughout service. The details and beautiful decor was beautiful.

The manager has personalized this hotel with lovely seasonal decorations with make the hotel very warm and inviting. The manager is super friendly and helpful. I received a text to make sure I was satisfied with the room. Very nice! I really appreciate the plastic glove dispenser at the breakfast buffet to curb the spread of germs on the serving utensils and food covers.

The staff are super nice and inviting. There are little touches around the hotel to make it feel a little more like home. Breakfast was great. They have popcorn, fruit, and cookies at all hours in case you need a snack. Upon check in we were given 2 bottles of water. It’s the little things! The area is quiet and not as congested but still close to the interstate and other attractions.

Breakfast was a nice selection. We didn't have any crowds and the atmosphere was pleasant. We both got what we wanted and enjoyed a good breakfast to start our day. The area was clean and quiet. We didn't have any issues.

If all Hampton Inns are like this one, we have found our preferred hotel chain! This hotel was wonderful! The staff had it cheerfully decorated for fall/Halloween. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were quiet, the beds cozy, the hot water plentiful, and the bathrooms clean. And the hot breakfast was phenomenal!!

Our stay was great for one night, we received what we requested and Lora was very helpful and professional. The breakfast “staff” were very kind and helpful as well. Our bed was comfortable and the whole room:bathroom was clean.

My only “complaint” would be that we could hear our hotel neighbors tv loudly, so the walls were thin Atleast in our room unless they were just loud.

The breakfast was quite good with many options. Reception (Laura) I believe, was extremely helpful with restaurant choices for dinner. We went to Generations which was a family run business with great home cooked meals. Would stay again for sure. Very comfortable bed.

The only slight negative was at around 5am there was a strong bacon smell in the room. I guess our 3rd floor room must have been by a kitchen exhaust. Not a big deal though.

This is a wonderful hotel. It's home for a few days while we are in the area to get our Christmas tree every Dec. Accomodations, breakfast, staff all wonderful!! This year we had our fur baby, staff was great at helping us with pet policy. Our room was close to the stairs to exit to the pet friendly area ❤️

Location and accessibility

Very disappointed in the breakfast as I went to get milk for my cereal and it was outdated by one day but still outdated. I brought it to the attention of the breakfast staff and they got a new bottle and that had the same date. Needless to say I did not eat there.

The lobby is adorable. The staff very friendly and congenial and super nice. The fact that breakfast was made each morning and the menu changed daily. Super nice staff at breakfadt too. 24/7 coffee. tea, hot chocolate bar was awesome. Everyday free cookies, fruit and popcorn. Easy in and out location 👌 My 15 yr old said it was like a Hallmark 🎬 movie
