The hostess was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. She put us in the end, first- floor room, where we could walk right or onto a large amount of lawn with our dog. The room was comfortable and clean. Every restaurant and fast- food place known to man was located nearby. The breakfast was very good. Really nice stay after a long day of traveling in the rain.

It was hard to get to in the dark-- very convoluted directions, even following Google maps. The hotel is unmarked on the front of the building itself, and the architecture unusual for a Best Western, so we were unsure whether we had arrived-- there's apparently a restriction on the number of signs the business can have, but putting one of them at the front door would be helpful. FYI, the bathroom faucet leaks. But none of this would be a deal- breaker, because it really is a lovely place to stay.

Nice daily breakfast options. Great door locations with easy access to parking lots and pet walking areas. Front desk staff were exceptional, and all staff greeted guests and were very friendly.

Pet rooms should not be carpeted as it holds odors. I would recommend opening the windows between guests to air out the rooms. I have a hyperallergic dog because of allergies and the dislike of the odor pet furs creates. But absolutely appreciate a great hotel that offers this option!

The proximity of the hotel to the shopping center was great! A lot of a variety of stores were accessible and it wasn't too far to get back onto the interstate for quicker travel. The location was a mash up with a bunch of other food and hotel spots and the customer service the night receptionist gave us was amazing (didn't get her name though). The woman flying kite statue was also a nice addition to the lobby area and 24/7 access to the coffee makers.

Parking was fine, but busier seasons I could see that being an issue with the available parking around the hotel. The hotel pool looked marvelous and clean, but it wasn't too deep so we didn't use it. Not much we didn't like.

No problems with, check in, roomclean and comfortable, good location for shopping and restaurants . We were stranded without a car due to mechanical issues so the location was perfect for walking.

One Front desk staff had little or no knowledge of local attractions or other tourist information. He was unable to provide any assistance in that area and didn't offer any assistance on where to get that information.

I have an appointment with Carillon Clinic on Tuesday morning. I couldn't get a local number for them. I placed it through trivago and couldn't get the discount price. It 30 cheaper. Because I booked through trivago they said it was a third party and couldn't change it.

The breakfast items were acceptable, but the area reserved for sitting down on tables was very, very small. Would suggest an average size, little cafeteria (of course, space permitting).

An improved way to secure the side doors that lead outside. They are protected with the use of the room key cards, but it is way too easy to place the little stones in the door track to keep the door ajar. Makes someone wonder who is illegally going in and out of this Hotel.

It was within a short drive of the Blue Ridge Parkway, very quiet at night and the bed was comfy. Coffee is available 24/7, which was great as I was leaving early.

The room had a bit of an odd smell and wasn’t very clean… there were bottle caps and Q tips on the floor.

It was clean. It was convenient to the airport! The airport shuttle was a definite plus. The driver was pleasant and got us there quickly. The breakfast was excellent and the breakfast server was pleasant and kept the food looking and tasting good.

Front desk personnel could smile and bit more pleasant, but they did do their job efficiently.

The beds were comfortable, and the room was nice. Breakfast was really nice and made this a great value. Great location for our needs.

We got to use the pool, which was really nice, but there was a lot of hair and debris floating in the pool at the end of the day. It didn't seem like many people used it that day, or they didn't clean it.

The staff was excellent and the breakfast had eggs and sausage and unlimited coffee. Facilities were clean and lots of available parking. Very dog friendly and check in and check out were a breeze.

I requested a crib and was confirmed, however the staff said there were never cribs available and seemed confused. I guess it was a Booking.com oversight, made do with a mattress on the floor, just something to consider if you have a baby.
