The location was good, rooms were clean, staff were helpful.

We had requested the room that we usually stay in are were told by the front desk that we could have that room. When we arrived at the hotel our room had been given to someone else. That was a little disappointing as we made a few phone calls to organize that.

The room was quite spacious and the bed was comfortable. I like my sleeping time to be cool and I was able to adjust the air conditioning to my liking. All the staff that I interacted with were very pleasant and helpful. I'd stay there again especially since cost is a consideration for me and this room was reasonably priced.

I know COVID has changed lots of things but the "bag" breakfast left a lot to be desired. I didn't eat at the hotel so I don't know how their food is. I would have liked to be able to purchase a movie through the TV but that wasn't available.

Microwave, Outlook, good beds, good location

The cafe of the hotel is not open. We need to take out breakfast each morning! I found out the fruit was missing one morning, and I was told by the receptionist on the phone that no fruit was available that morning .However, it happened again the following morning when I checked my bag.I was given fruit right away! I do think the receptionist kept leaving fruit behind!

The room was comfortable and price was reasonable as compared to other hotels. The TV cable was not working consistently -- I did not call the front desk to complain(I was too tired) but I informed the front desk in the morning. And Loved the Kuerig but stupid me I did not figure out that the shelf it was anchored in pulled out -- the front desk educated me in the morning about this pull out drawer. AND THE BAG of BREAKFAST TO GO was a surprise and DELICIOUS . THANK-YOU.

Loved the fact they provided a "grab and go" breakfast bag. It was awesome to be able to have the breakfast "to go" as I had a 7:30 am medical appointment to attend and couldn't eat prior to it, but had the breakfast after my surgery. The location of the hotel was convenient to both Bellevue Square as well as the medical facility. The front desk staff was professional and pleasant and very helpful.

This is a very dated property and needs to be updated. That was the only thing I didn't like.

Great location off of 405. Food and gas available nearby. On-site parking available free of charge. Room was very clean and cozy with a comfortable bed. Nice and quiet place to relax in the hustle and bustle.

Luggage cart had a flat tire and there was only one for the entire property. It wasn’t available at checkout. Full breakfast was not available- you have to go to front desk to get a “breakfast bag.”

I liked the complimentary breakfast with Alki Bakery muffins and croissants and bagels with cereals with a toaster. Also, Jonah’s Restaurant is great with treats and popcorn for purchase along with a soda machine without a debit or credit card option.

It is unclear sometimes that the stay is paid for at checkout?

Beds are very comfortable (and large), the staff is super nice and helpful, easy access to most tourism spot in less than 30 min by car

The king-bed room was good - the bed was very comfortable! The staff at the hotel is very nice and helpful. The bathroom was clean and with everything needed for a stay.

Breakfast was rather poor and I really don't understand a concept of a boiled egg in a plastic wrap... The location is ok, although it is not the best if you don't have a car and count on the public transportation. It is next to a busy highway. Maybe a bit pricey for what it is.

Location is perfect for medical services unavailable where we live. Grab and Go Breakfast is nice. I would suggest less sugary items, but we appreciated the protein and juice. Coffee station was a lifesaver.

Earlier check-in time would be great.
