The staff at this facility were excellent, kind, willing to help with bags at late hours, and generally very helpful. The room had everything needed, although carpeting and more cleaning would have been nice.

The breakfast was described as a rotating set of foods and always good, but after a couple of days things started to disappear. By the last day, there was no milk, butter or cream cheese, the juice machine didn't work and it took forever for coffee to show up. Plus the staff spoke no English so there was no way to ask for things. For a pet friendly place, you expect some grass but the only grass were tiny areas around trees on the sidewalk clogged with trash. Also, the room floor was pretty filthy and they only clean once a week. One expects more for a room costing between $160 and $250.

It was a good hotel not great. Worth what we paid for it. Fairly convenient location to the interstate. Room & continental breakfast areas were clean. Breakfast was good.

There was no vent in the bathroom, just a light for steam. They came in and cleaned one day, even though we hadn't requested it, which wasn't a big deal. They default provided 4 towels & only 2 washcloths for 4 people, even after cleaning and knowing how many of us were there.

Couldn't get a better location. Blocks from the light rail station,easy walk. Clean comfortable rooms, good security, Lots of free parking.

A little more food for breakfast, like yogurt or fresh fruit.

Noise from other floors.

This is a moderate motel. The facilities were clean, the beds were comfortable, there was ample hot water, the heat worked, and the front desk staff were helpful.

We were originally assigned a room which had a door that could be opened to the unit next to us. We could hear our neighbors far too clearly, including every time they used the microwave. We asked to be switched to another room. It was quiet. I only wished that we hadn't been assigned to that room first since it was obvious so many other rooms were empty. It was also a disappointment that the breakfast room was not open. They offered bagged breakfasts, but we skipped those. Pre-pandemic, this hotel had a fabulous breakfast. I hope they reinstate it.

The Staff was fantastic helped us quickly with a room problem and felt like they had the professionalism of a 5 Star Resort. While being cool and friendly. Decent views of the mountain!

Not much, the location was great for heading into Seattle and out into some further areas seems perfect for traffic.

liked being close to elevators and ice machine. the vending machine on my floor did not work so had to go upstairs to get water and soda. the night shigt clerk, Derrick, who was willing to help us with whatever we needed; we liked him over all the others. this is not saying the otherw weren't willing to help, oh no, they were very wiling to help us with whatever we needed. it jjust that we felt that Derrick was above the rest in willing to do what ever we needed quicker and with a smile.

DID NOT LIKE the hard bed. hardest bed i've ever slept on. my friend and i could barely move when we would wake up. it was rough for both of uis. did not like having to go to another floor to get water and soda's

The rooms were very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The rooms had a microwave and refrigerator, which made it very convenient to store food. There is a great restaurant adjacent to the hotel, Saffron Grill, and it has incredible South Asian and Mediterranean food. Also, there is plenty of parking space around the hotel grounds and that was very helpful. Also, free laundry facilities for guests is another bonus!

The breakfast packets could have had some healthier options and the coffee could be a bit stronger. The walls of the rooms are a bit thin and so outside noise comes in very easily. It wasn't a major problem though.

Very comfortable bed, lots of hot water. The breakfast was good. Eggs, potatoes, coffee, yogurt, pastries and it started at 6:30am! Room was clean.

The flip latch on our door didn't work. Room 215. Traffic noise from the street, sirens, and parking lot conversations woke us on occasion. I'd ask for a room in the back of the hotel to mitigate the noise.

All essential toiletries were provided. Staff was very helpful and informative besides friendly. Nearby to a gas station and quick breakfast. Felt safe.

The sheets felt a little damp. Before we could sleep we had to blast the a/c higher to get them to dry, it worked
