Great location, friendly staff very helpful! Great value and so easy to pay online!I will be staying here Again! Will recommend to family and friends!

Rooms were picked up and relatively clean, however I personally would’ve liked to have had it cleaned more thorough! The tub had a dirt ring around it, and the bedspread was old and stained! New bed spreads and a little deeper clean in the rooms would improve the comfort level here!

The hotel was very clean and they had night time security so the cars were very safe. Also the guy at the front desk was suoer friendly and accommodating. I had accidentally booked a smoking room and he made it a point to ask me and then fix my mistake for me. Also this hotel is just 5 minute walk to downtown area with tons of bars and restaurants.

AC worked ok, curtains let a lot of light in. It's just a basic room. So that is to be expected.

It is convenient right off the freeway me and my boyfriend go there once a week just to get rest and relaxation away from our lives at home

Means this isn't a five-star motel or anything sometimes some of the other people staying there a little loud have dogs barking things like that but the staff is very helpful and stopping that problem

What I liked the most is the staff and maids are all polite and very accommodating. The office staff remembered us and welcomed us back. Now whenever I need a place to stay for a night, a week, or even more I'm going directly to Premier Inn in Concord.

Actually there wasn't anything I didn't like. My family and I always enjoy our stay.

It is a rough neighborhood. The people on the street and the other guests may not be what you are used to. Be safe and don't expose yourself to oppprtunistic crime. Vulnerable people -- women old people, etc. should consider other choices. But if you are careful, it is a clean cheap room and you can save about 40 bucks a night compared to the next cheapest place

There's some of the outlets are not fixed very well. And at the end of the side door of the room I'm staying there's kinda dogs just bites it and so on.

One above and outlet. I don't want to be liable on that. My 2 digs won't do anything like that.

Price of the room was great. Location is good. Rooms are clean. Staff for the most part are very helpful and friendly

Could use some repairs/upgrades. Charging for wifi is outdated. Needs bigger tvs. People around the hotel aren't of the best character. But there is 24 hour security

Nice comfy room. Parking was great. Good location for restaurants.Im disabled and access was super easy.And of course the staff was super friendly and professional. Thanx.

They had no breakfast, other than that it’s a great place every time I come here I always stay here, I love this place. The people are great. The staff is great. The location is great, I would stay here all the time.

If they had some kind of breakfast, at least, coffee, and donuts, I think that would be nice

Location was perfect everything was around it food drinks everything you didn't have to go too far sat right next to the freeway in the middle of having a good time if you wanted to rooms were decent dated but clean quiet linen clean overall was a good stay I'll stay there again if I had to

No dislikes for me it was perfect I wasn't trying to make my home there but for a few nights it was good
