Close to the airport, cheaper parking is $10 compared to other hotels. Great breakfast with various options and that's also free.

No shuttle service from the airport. Booking.com mentioned free parking but they charged $10. So booking.com should fix this issue and update the website.

Wifi wasn't working

Excellent location near to the airport and close to major routes. Hotel was clean and comfortable, room was a good size, shower room spacious with lots of hot water. Particularly liked the coffee maker and the night light in the bathroom.

Quite noisy at night but then it is close to the airport and major roads. More variety at breakfast would be a good idea. Furnish the room with satellite TV would be a good move.

I enjoyed the quietness of the hotel even though we’re right smack in the middle of the city you wouldn’t believe it in the rooms, sleep was easy and I had my mind at ease with our car in the private garage, it gave me an extra layer of security and comfort. I will say to no fault of the hotel, the property around is pretty sketchy but as long as you stay in the hotel you should be fine.

I wished the breakfast started later, maybe it just me but I feel like on vacation I’m not trying to get up before 8am for breakfast the whole point of vacation is to sleep in at least for me it is.

Location near Airport was nice - not a great neighborhood at all though. Was very happy when we arrived and saw a locked parking structure! (Was a bit disappointed when we saw people that night digging through the trash cans who had managed to get into the structure though. . . ) Great room, and great staff!

Hot breakfast food was not good. Ended up with just toast. Wasn't there for the breakfast however, but the closeness to the airport for an early morning international pick up. Hallway on our floor smelled really bad, but room was great.

Shuttle service will be a great addition

Nice, clean hotel close to the airport and easy access to the highway. Although the staff wasn't able to accommodate us with a room that morning when we flew in, they texted us as soon as a room was available for us (around 12pm). Not the prettiest neighborhood, but they did have a handful of food options nearby. They also have an indoor pool and jacuzzi which was fun for the kids to play in. The free breakfast offered a good variety of items like cereal, make your own waffles, sausages, fruits, and more. It does get quite busy during peak hours and the second day we had to wait quite a bit for a table to open up for our big family. Overall, good stay!

Although booking.com stated "free parking" in the description, as did many reviews, it must have changed recently as I was charged $10 per day for parking. It's still pretty reasonable and the garage is secured with a gate/code, but be prepared to be charged.
