Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a great value for the price, and the servers at the restaurant were attentive and very nice. All people working at the hotel were friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed using the pool, which was great and well-maintained.

The only negative thing was that the carpets in our two rooms were a bit dirty.

Something I didn't like was that you had to ask the front desk to clean the room.And that they should clean it everyday.

you had to ask for room cleaning. I don’t need my sheets changed each day but having someone come into empty trash at least every other day would have been nice. I know I could have asked for that but I did not.

It was clean and crisp. The room and the pool were beautiful. There is a restaurant on site that is great place

The hallway had no air it was hot as heck in the hallway. The bathrooms are too small like you may have to walk diagonally

The hotel wa clean and staff friendly. There was a microwave and coffee making facilities which was a coffee pod machine. The pool was clean and inviting. The location is great as it is very close to the freeway on ramp.

We didnt have breakfast but lots of great places around - Dennys etc. The room could do with a microwave especially if travelling with children - all in all a great hotel in a great location just by the on ramp

The location was good and the room was clean enough. The employees were sweet. All in all it was a good stay.

Nobody offered to help us with baggage. I would think considering the price there would have been someone around to offer those services. Small bathrooms, hair still in the shower, and only one toilet paper roll. We were staying the whole weekend so obviously needed more than one roll and extra towels. The online menu is not updated and when we went down to order they gave us a really small list to choose from. Although the food was good it was really expensive and online it showed a different price than it did on the paper menu. They should have given us the menu the day of check in so we could have ordered room service instead of having to get dressed and go down just to order.

Breakfast was fine and location off the freeway was also good. However we missed a hot tub and the pool being 9 feet deep might deter families.

The wait for the elevator while housekeeping is cleaning. There's no other elevator entrance.
