We had a queen suite, so the room was quite spacious. The beds and pillows were great. Very comfortable. The room and bathroom were nice and clean. The bathroom was well stocked with towels, wash cloths and other amenities. There was the ubiquitous little coffee maker. The property is well situated for people flying in and out of DIA. The breakfast was really good. I recommend the cheese omelets, breakfast biscuits and sausage patties. Excellent coffee was available as well.

The room was showing some age with carpet pulling away from the walls in several places, but that doesn't affect your rest. There was only a small amount of toilet paper on the roll, so my wife went to the front desk to get some. There are no curtains to shut out the light from the parking lot, so the room wasn't completely dark. The refrigerator was noisy, and it seemed to run all night. I should have unplugged it and moved it to the shower. The desk clerk failed to inform us we needed to make a reservation for the morning airport shuttle. Fortunately, the day desk clerk called in a second shuttle to accommodate us getting to the airport on time.

The staff was great. We had many issues starting with our toilet was clocked,the gril at the front desk came up and did what she could but she was the only worker on the site, we had to wait till 9 o’clock to have a maintenance man to come fix it. That would have been fine but we have a 4am flight and it was very inconvenient. Also the reason we picked this hotel was for the airport shuttle. We checked in at 730pm was told we were on the list. At 3am we checked and we were not on the list and the shuttle was completely book. We had to order a Uber at 3am luckily we were on time for our flight. We were traveling with a 6 year old and our elderly mom. All of which made it very difficult. Plus the extra money going out was very inconvenient

The spa tub was huge and perfect for our family. Our family of 4 missed a connecting flight and it helped to entertain the kids and relax the parents. Without our luggagge we didn't have our swimsuits with us and couldn't take advantage of the pool, so we opted for a spa tub and it was great.

The microwave was falling apart. The rubber plug to the tub was nearly impossible to pull up to drain the water. You could see damage to the area around the drain where others (like us) tried to use any tool they could come up with (we tried a toothbrush) to pry it off. We eventually just left it full. Also, for the price, the breakfast was ok but not as stocked or diverse as other places. Still pretty good though.

Our stay started with catching the shuttle from the airport, which was easy. Our shuttle driver was great, with a recommendation to reserve our shuttle back to the airport when we checked in. Our room was roomy and clean with everything we could possibly need. There was a roomy bathroom, a living room area, and a comfy bed, with a desk and big television. The complimentary breakfast was generous and good. I would recommend this as an airport hotel.

There were some restaurants and convenient stores nearby and there was also food provided in an a la carte pantry in the lobby, which I appreciated, but it still seemed kind of hard to grab something I wanted to eat when we got in ~8pm.

The size of the room was spacious with a couch and footstools to relax and watch TV. Comfy bed and pillows. Hot shower and plenty of towels. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker available in room. Plenty of parking spaces. Extremely clean inside and out. Short drive to several nice restaurants and DIA. Friendly staff. Breakfast served.

Only a couple of issues that I noticed, but will not keep me from returning in the future. The shower in our room literally had no shelf to place soap or shampoo. I had to place my soap on the shower floor itself. I am 51 years old and I can't imagine an elderly person having to bend over/down in the shower in order to reach soap, shampoo. Next, the TV in our room stalled consistently while we watched it as if someone kept hitting the pause button.

Very reliable and courteous shuttle service much appreciated, it runs every 30 minutes and to pick it up from the airport I had no need to book, just looked out for the bus with the hotel name "Comfort Suites" at the hotel bus area island, easy to find. The Room was excellent.. large with a great bathroom. Very quiet at night apart from the doors slamming, I suggest a retrofit of rubber stops better closers or something to cure this issue.

Room doors bang on closing and you can hear this all night.. no restaurant nearby at all, but there is a limited 7/11 style shop opposite and a very good Mexican takeaway.. Possible to drive to more food outlets four blocks away, not really feasable to walk.

Room was amazing for our family. We stayed in the family suite. The suite had a room with a king sized bed and another room with two queen beds. We also has two bathrooms. We came in on the train and took the commuter to the airport where we caught the hotel shuttle. The hotel took us back to the airport the following morning. Make sure you reserve your shuttle time when you make your hotel reservations or at least upon check--in. Allow ample time to get to the airport as the shuttle stops at another hotel to pick up passengers.

The room is big, absolutely enough for a family of five. The hotel is easily reached from the airport (free and well organized shuttle once per hour). Everything is clean and well kept.

The breakfast has nothing fresh, very basic. There is enough food, but not really much healthy food - toast, sweet cereals, wafles … The price of all the airport hotels is quite high, without really offering much.

It is located near several resturants and Walmart. The cleaning staff was nice and prompt, even when called later in the morning. There was onsite laundry (coin operated), a pool and a small fitness center. Usually parking wasn't a problem.

The room had some repairs made that looked cheap. For example, a repair made to the bathroom ceiling that was "goopy", it looked like someone just splatted the mud up there, didn't bother sanding at all and just painted over it. The door under the tub would not stay shut. The controls for the tub didn't work, they were literally not even hooked up. If you wanted the jets in the tub on, you had to stand up and reach around the corner. The drapes were off the rod in places, we had to fix them and use a hairclip to close them. Our room looked out over the main entrance. The walls were thin, you could hear everything going on in the next room, including a fight that went on for quite awhile.

Loved the location, the building was nice and breakfast was top notch. The front desk was knowledgeable and friendly.

I feel the cleaning staff does not properly attend to their job. There were hairs left in the sink and dirty socks in the couch left from previous guests. Not thorough enough.
