Great location, spacious room, very comfortable bed, excellent wifi, well equipped gym and super friendly staff

Main issue was only one of the three lifts was working meaning queues for the lift or a climb up 10 flights of stairs. Also stayed four nights and had no housekeeping visit.

Breakfast was very good. Room was very quiet The waiter was very helpful with the sites of the city and a map also

Not pay for parking while staying at the hotel.

We went to see a concert at Mile High Stadium. It was close enough to walk to the train to get to the stadium. Loved the downtown feel of the Magnolia Hotel. It made our weekend even more special!

The hotel is located near Larimer Square, Union Station and other downtown attractions in Denver. We were able to walk to many of the places we wanted to visit. The staff was friendly, and the room was spacious and well-maintained.

The situation for self-parking is a bit confusing. We had to ask twice how to do it.

Dependable rooms, like the bar and food. The easy access to the theaters, museum, and art center.

We enjoy the hotel when in Denver. We understand that the restrurant is short staffed and were working hard, but we waited 20 minutes to be waited on both days. They were trying, but we hadn't figured over an hour wait for our breakfast to be served.

The staff was great! Super friendly and they used a good texting system for requests and emergencies.

My card kept expiring and I was locked out of my room several times, including one time which made me late for a very important video call. It was not cool.

The room was large and comfortable. The Breakfast that came with the room was incredible compliments of Harry’s Bar and Grill. Property was clean and well maintained.

The elevators were a bit slow, but that was due to one of the elevators was inoperable.

the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Free coffee on cold mornings is a delight. Room was immaculately clean and. dry quiet. Just a pleasure to stay.

Bed and pillows great. Quiet room. Restaurant/bar was awesome.

An extra set of towels and a 2nd robe would have been nice. TV guide didn't work.
