The staff was wonderful! The room was spacious and clean! The breakfast was wonderful and fresh!

The bed in our room was not bolted into the frame correctly and lifted when we sat on the end of the bed. My mother is handicapped, so I did worry the bed would fall or cause her to fall. But she assured me she would be careful and nothing happened. The shades were tattered and old-fashioned. The Keurig in the room was also not working. But all in all, the stay was pleasant.

The pool was filty and that really was my reason for coming. Went outside and it was like a film on top of the water!!!!! I passed didn't seem safe as I'm a 2x cancer survivor. PLEASEEEEEE keep the pool clean!!!!!

Extremely large comfy bed. As a solo traveler I felt very safe staying at this hotel. The staff are wonderfully welcoming and I will definitely stay here again.

The shower pressure was a bit inconsistent but nothing major.

Every staff member were very courteous and provided excellent hospitality. The food reminded me of why I like to return home- it tasted great. Thank you Canton Holiday Inn and Suites.

The breakfast was amazing, the staff was so helpful and very friendly especially the front desk clerk she made us feel so welcome and so did the kitchen staff. We had a very good stay and were will be returning.

Nothing, everything was exceptional

The whole vibe was nice, my room was clean. The "Dove" like soap was cool. and the staff was super nice.

I did not like all those extra rowdy kids in the parking lot hanging around partying in the parking lot. The elevator has a weird smell.

Claudia at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. She even remembered my first name with a greeting we returned to the building after picking up some food.

Kitchen oven wasn't working so some breakfast choices weren't available.

Easy to get to from Interstate 55. Well lit. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Outstanding breakfast!! Offered many choices of top quality food made fresh. Room was very nice.

Location was great, right off the highway. Also the breakfast was great.

The smoke detector went off like it was a warning to check out time. They staff continuously bothered us like they was rushing us out of the hotel.

Didn't eat breakfast, but it looked good.

Great stay.
