Great location! Amazing pool! Rooms were spacious with everything a family needs for a perfect getaway.

Limited parking in our building structure. Had requested a higher room & got 2nd floor 🫤 Had no hair conditioner or lotion & hair dryer was not working. Told a cleaning lady & she said they had no more. Called front desk and they took over am hour to bring it & they just left at door with out knocking 🙄 Pool was amazing!! But don’t understand why they don’t open the gates that allow you direct access from your specific building, but make you walk around. They also closed off some parts of the pool. Didn’t like we were getting pushed to do a time share tour 🙄 on our vacation time!! Very annoying.

Loved the pool, beds were comfortable, good shampoo etc, great kitchen

I don’t like having to pay more when I get to a hotel. It feels like your being sneaky. When I booked online, it said taxes and fees were included and I was done. Then when we got there we had MORE fees. That they wouldn’t give us our room if we didn’t Pay. So it’s just not very honest. Or upfront. Just charge what your going to charge… Don’t be sneaky

concierge mgr named Bianca was very nasty, after they couldn't get me the discounted tickets I had paid $430. I asked for a refund so I could purchase tickets at the higher price on my own. Bianca said they couldn't refund it and I'd have to wait a few days and then hollered at me saying the reason I couldn't get the lower priced tickets because i had past due maintenance fees owed to Hilton. She was very rude!!

I liked the pools and water slides and kitchenette.

I did not like how the TVs were not smart TVs. This resort should have a smart TV in every room that will have the options of Netflix Hulu and other TV apps to sign in anyone that has an account. I also didn't like the beds. The beds were too firm and uncomfortable to sleep in.

Didn't like the automatic tip on bills. Then asking for additional tip.

We loved the view we had from our balcony and how spacious the suite was. Space wise it was great down to the bath tub. That was a huge plus.

About the only real complaint we had was our bed. Felt like that could have been a lot more comfortable for being a resort.

Very clean and a beautiful setting.

The shower water pressure was laughable. Every time I showered I was reminded of how upset it made me. The balcony drains were plugged and I had to call maintenance twice to fix the issue. And the TV’s were nice to watch but antiquated in the fact that you can’t just Bluetooth your cellphone to the TV to watch movies. Also, no smart tv functions like built in movie streaming apps.

The place for the most part was quit, and I felt safe. I loved the location and the on site Cafe, we used it often. having a kitchenette in the room was a great savings because we didn't have to eat out every meal. the pull out sofa had a great mattress and was very comfortable for our guests. They had a great gym to work out and hot tub and pool for after. They even had water slides.

When i arrived there were two industrial fans blowing into the bedrooms, why, I don't know, maybe they had some kind of leak. There was some kind of dirt on the floors that caused your feet to get black when you walked across them and when I asked for housekeeping to come mop the floors they never did. Finally I had to chase down a cleaner and get a mop for myself. There was no shuttle to the strip which would have been nice and when I extended my stay for a day I couldn't do it onsite and had to go on a booking app to do it. And the pool had a lot of closed sections due to lack of staff i was told.

I liked the place very quiet and confortable. Pool very clean, good stayed..

The air condition was a problem, I have to keep calling front dest to fixed. And it needs to clean inside the place.

Stayed here 3 different non-consecutive nights because of last minute travel changes. Each time, check-in/check-out was super easy. Like that it is now part of the Hilton chain where I am a member.

Not crazy about the sales pitch, for what I assume would be vacation packages, given after my first check-in. it was a little too long but at least not too much pressure.
