This is the place I come back to in Kauai! Location in Kapaa is perfect for taking sunrise pictures on the beach then a quick walk to Coconut Market for Kona coffee. I appreciated getting to prepare meals in the kitchen - adequately stocked! Mayacia made our stay great!

Pool was cooler than last time I stayed and the jets were not working in hot tub. Provide more clean towels, soaps, shampoo, TP, etc up front so guests don’t have to ask when run out … 3 people stayed 4 nights.

Great location! We wanted to be in the Kapaa area so it was a good choice. The shopping center next door was so convenient. We enjoyed the deli at Coconut Marketplace. The food was so good and it was so close to Plantation Hale Suites we just walked over. Great staff who were so friendly and helpful. Overall, good experience. We will probably stay there again the next time we're in Kauai.

The traffic could get really bad in the area. Two way streets were always making it hard to travel in both directions. You have to plan on leaving earlier to anywhere you are going to. Also, just wished the stove was updated, but it worked out fine. Appliances were a little old.

Work trip with event at the Sheraton and the Plantation Hale was an affordable alternative right next door. The property is spacious and has all of the conveniences of a home away from home.

I wish there were bathrooms or changing rooms with shower at the pool/ hot tub. The TVs did not have instructions for using the remotes or explaining channels available etc. There were only 2 coffee packets for a 3 night stay.

Very big apartment and quite clean. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the necessary including oven, microwave, bug refrigerator, dish soap, coffee maker, creamer, sugar, coffee, tea, salt, pepper...and they provide also beach towels and all the needed toiletries Good internet connection and very well connected by car, at walking distance of 2 different malls where there are several shops and restaurants. There is a beach 5 minutes walking that is also nice (not the best one in the island but quite good)

Something that can be improved is the beach towels. They are a bit small.

The rooms and location were good and apt for us to go around for views and/or food/drinks. The staff were real friendly and helpful and made the stay even better.

The beach right in front of the property is walking distance and could have been little more friendly looking. The long grown grass with poor lit roads make it slightly scary for us outsiders. It might very well be a safe area but we couldn't take chance in a new place.

Very pleasant greeting with helpful local information from Bill. Nice second floor room with a breeze, a view and a comfortable bed. Close to the Coconut Marketplace with an ABC Market, some good restaurants and an easy walk to the beach.

The beach really isn't swimable. All rocks just off the shore. Pool near our unit closed. Two others open, though. Would like a table to eat on the balcony.

Unit D2. Great water pressure. Good internet. clean, comfortable, located in my home town. replenishment of consumable provisions are fairly convenient.

cost. weird structural support for the bathtub. The operations really needs to give serious consideration to returning to daily cleaning. Stay-experiences decline steeply in value with every day that the unit remains uncleaned.

Location was very convenient, close to food and shops, and walking distance from several things. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and it was clear the staff tried to make things nice for the stay. Room was clean, and the ability to have a kitchen and cook was invaluable for the length of my trip.

The bathroom was a little dirty, and there was a rather large crack in the sink. It was still perfectly functional, but did give add to the fact that it seemed a little dingy. Worked great though, its really my only comment, and it certainly wasnt a deal breaker.

Apartment had all the comforts we needed. Located very near shops and restaurants and just across the street from the ocean with a lovely beach walk a minute away.

Check in is late - 4 PM - and check out is a bit early - 11 AM. Fortunately we were allowed to stay until noon. AC was rather loud but it offered good white noise.

I really liked the place and the Stores are nearly to our hotel so queit and private place everything was exellent for the relaxed and the beaches so close to walk and beatiful place to staying for family too.

Oh! I liked Everythings and Resturants, Stores also that Mall at the Towndown is cutes too, That's all
