You can not beat the price. The location is great. Price was lowest for Waikiki. Staff were very friendly. Roxi, the manager, was especially super friendly. AC works well. It was nice to have a microwave and a very small kitchenette. Our room was very easily accessible. Bottle openers, utensils, and plates were very helpful.

Old fashioned small room. I stubbed my toe every night. Too many old furniture in a tiny room. Electric plugs are just barely adequate; I had to choose between my CPAP and the light fixture on my side. It was a squeeze fit me to get to my side of the bed. The Sink was tiny. The shower was very small. I could barely fit in it. Sound of trash pickup every early morning at about 4 am. I had to ask for shampoo and body cleaners. Nothing was cleaned until we left.

The location was spectacular. It is at the end of the tourist area of Waikiki, with an amazing view of a Diamond Head volcano crater from the level 10 outdoor lounge. You can also watch sunsets over the ocean from there. The room we had on level 7 was spacious and clean. The beach was across the road. Plenty of food stores and restaurants are around if you want to be lazy. Around the block is the $5 all-day bus stop that takes you around Waikiki and to the main shopping plaza. We also had a nice view of the city and the mountain range.

Swimming pool needs a bit of love and renovation

Enjoyed our stay here . Staff was really friendly. We arrived in Hawaii early in the morning however check in wasn’t until 3pm but the staff was really nice to call us and let us to let us know the room was ready by 12pm as they knew we had been waiting. Room was fine and had amazing views from balcony. Close to the main Waikiki strip and beach . Walking distance to everything. Good vaule for money .

A little noisy at night due to the bar underneath us

The staff was very accommodating to meet my needs. They went out of their way to make sure sure I was satisfied with my accommodations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located to restaurants and transportation.

When I checked in, they had changed the room I was supposed to have. They showed me what rooms were available and I was very unhappy with the choices. They finally gave me an upgraded room to make sure I was satisfied.

The staff was wonderful. Helpful and fixed things we asked for correction on. We had parking hiccups but the staff was always helpful and fixed the concern right away. The location was great and my room had a wonderful view of Diamondhead and a peak of the beach. Hard to get both! Sheets, towels, beach chairs available as needed was great. Staff even helped us with a blow up matteress when needed.

We had 2 separate units. While they were the same price, they were quite differ by accommodations. one was clean and fresh. the other was not. at all. No need to go into tons of details but know as this property is individually owned properties which means some have hotel house keeping, some hire a cleaner on their own. it’s hard to know if the cleanliness issues is with the hotel staff or an outside cleaner. Just be aware. The 2 units we had were on different sides of the hotel, completely different layouts and sizes and even kitchen and bathroom amenities. As well as what the extra bed was significantly different in function and comfort. Again owners differ but it made for some tough parts of the stay with our family members with differing levels of comfort.

Staff were all so accomodating. My room was sufficient however others in my group had less than suitable rooms (no cooking facilities, small fridge, oversized furniture)

I stayed 7 nights. That is too long to no have house keeping. I had to take my towels for exchange every 2 days. Sheets unchanged, floor was pretty filthy after 3-4 days without cleaning. Lots of cockroaches

The room offered on 2nd day was good. All amenities were available. It is near to the beach and restaurants. The staff was kind and helpful including the front desk.

The room booked through web was really bad and no any facility available as shown in pictures.

Uninhibited view of Diamond Head, plus being able to watch the sunset over the beach was magnificent. Loved looking out over the green space of the zoo. Also really appreciated the free awesome mineral sunscreen that lasted all day and keyless entry

The beds are not fixed to the bed head, and so sitting in bed to rest in the cool, after a full day day of activity, meant having to get up and push the bed back up to the wall and rescue the pillows drifting down to the floor

Great location; walking distance to beach, zoo, aquarium, restaurants. Studio kitchen saves time and money. Thanks to Roxie, Ron and especially William for great personal and professional service!

Some units have sofa beds which aren’t the most comfortable.

The staff was very accommodating and listened to what I wanted. When I needed service, it was taken care of immediately. The location is a block away from the beach. Connections to bus routes are within a block.

I given an upgrade to an ocean view room with a balcony but it was located on the busy street and too noisy for me. They accommodated me and moved me to a room away from the street.
