Okay so here it goes I usually write reviews on Google but here is my experience in English for all my tourists, I lived 18 years in Florida originally from Mexico. If you ever want to visit my state Morelos Cuernavaca first I will say this when approaching looks a bit sketchy but when approaching the staff will try to assist you as best as possible. Quick check-in, the Zocalo is a couple of blocks away 15 minutes away close to Palacio de Cortes Pullman services to the airport nearby, or they offer taxis a bit expensive but hey if you like to be Luxury. Had a date and got stood up but still had a BLAST I recommend when walking to the Zocalo the pathway is a bit sketchy but just keep walking until you hit a wall quick left, quick right and you are surrounded by better scenery. I sat in the hot Private Hot Tub until 12:30 am & if you want a good meal order the Diablo wings they are lit I will certainly try to go back even if alone!!!

The Tub was a bit dirty maybe had not been used but nothing out of the world 8/10. And they turned off the hot water in my room at night I did not call the front desk but I was upset 7/10 room 1-105.

Location. Downtown is a couple of blocks away.

Restaurant service is too slow and do not respect the opening hours. We need to find another place to have breakfast. The hotel needs to renew sheets, towels and hooks from the closet. The temperature of the pool was chilly.

The room was very clean, the location was only a 10 minute walk to the center and the staff were very nice and the cleaning crew was very attentive to our needs. The amenities sounded great too bad I didn’t have enough time to enjoy them. I will definitely book again 😊

The room is large and clean with a broad balcony for daylighting. The restaurant has various options at reasonable prices. One of the staff is very nice and able to serve in English.

No kettle for boiling water.

The best is the location, in the center of Cuernavaca. Also I liked its personnel, especially Margarita Gomez at the kitchen very efficient and extremely courteous, also her staff…kudos to Margarita, Jennifer and other. Also people at the reception.

Everything was fine.

The location is great and the place is clean. Nothing fancy, but a good value for the money and definitely good for a night or two. The pool is a bit too deep and they don't provide floating devices for safety. Also, no lifeguard on duty, so swim at your own risk. Otherwise, a pleasant experience and its Sunday brunch is a decent value for the money. I'd recommend it.

The staff can be slow at times to provide towels in the pool area and are a bit pushy to get you signed up for Sunday if you need a late check-out. Also, at checkout time they call the room to ask if you want to pay for additional hours or a full additional night, so beware and checkout on time if you don't want to be hassled.

Close to Carhedral for wedding we attended.

Some of the staff seemed a bit inconvenienced about my lack of Spanish

Good location, balcony with a view on a gorge, spacious though simple room and a comfy bed, friendly staff, an on-site pool, very good price/quality ratio

No hot water in the shower, very basic facilities

The room was exactly like the picture. The spa tub was nice for the price.

The buffet was a little overpriced but had a big selection.

Great location, near of everything. A few steps to the zócalo, places to eat and visit. Comfortable rooms, enough space for families.

Not really, but more bathroom supplies would be great. But if you ask for more, they send it you immediately. Everything else is perfect for families.
