I have stayed at the Hilton and the Hyatt and the rooms at the fairmont are larger and more comfortable. The safety is good with security staff at the entrance I’ve stayed there before this time and will again when I return

The menu is limited but that’s not just a fair mont issue

Staff super friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the view. Bed and room comfort great. Slept like a baby.

Thought the spa/pool area could be more generous. The regular spa area (excl rituals) only included a windowless indoor pool. Wished it had a steam bath/sauna freely accessible as well.

The location is so attractive near the river You can walk shot cut to the city central The hotel is so clean and the staff is nice and very helpful serve you with big smile I reserved for 6 nights and after I saw every thing is excellent I extended my reservation for 3 nights The price of the breakfast was expensive 130 sR/person The safety and security is 100% Mr surgey at the gate service is very helpful The room service is perfect The furniture and the bed is high quality The are mutable choose in rooms smoking and not smoking the is smoking area in the second floor The hotel smell is nice and tidy The is office for changing money and Macine as well Thanks for the hotel management and staff I wish to add shoes machine cleaning

This hotel is a gem. Great location with the view of Dnipro river. Staff is extremely accommodating and professional. The kitchen is great!
