Location, location, location! Rooftop pool and pool bar, beautiful breakfast offerings everyday. Staff was warm and welcoming and attended every need.

It was perfect!

The size of the room, rooftop bar and pool, the staff, laundry services, kid friendly accommodation with a great crib - LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! So close to everything we wanted to do, safe neighborhood and super walkable! Such a great overall stay for our family!

Only two things if we are being critical: Breakfast - stopped by one morning but eggs were all gone, and everything else was pretty picked over. Talked with another guest who had prepaid for having breakfast included, and was disappointed they did so. We were glad we didn’t pre pay. We also arrived super early in the morning, and our room (not surprisingly) wasn't available yet - we could leave our bags but didn't get an option to get a key card to relax at the rooftop or elsewhere on the property other than the lobby, which was a little tough with our exhausted 2 year old. But they did expedite getting the room ready, it was available three hours before the promised time.

The hotel is in a great location, many of the main city attractions are reachable by walking, and we barely used public transport. Around the hotel, you will find a lot of great restaurants, cafes, shops, and whatever you need. The Wi-Fi was good and we were able to work without any issues. Rooms are nicely decorated, modern look, and have very comfortable beds.

1. The breakfast could have more variety. There are only a few options, which is probably fine for a day or two, but if you are staying more than this, you will easily run out of options, unless you want to eat the same every day. 2. After the check-out, we left our luggage at the hotel and went walking through the city. I`ve realized that I forgot the phone charger in the room, next to the bed. When we came back to the reception, I asked did the room cleaning service found a charger in our room. The guys at the reception checked and said that the "cleaning service" haven`t found anything. This is really strange because I`m 100% sure that I left it in the room. So, advice for anyone coming in, take care of your belongings and don`t leave anything important in the room!

It was in a good location and within 10-20 mins walk from most things we wanted to see. The staff was super and the breakfast was absolutely worth the extra money. The 8th floor pool and sitting areas were beautiful but in the event the weather wadn't niice, there were not any indoor areas that one could sit in.

I didn't like that the entrance to the hotel feels like it's in an alley. I was hoping for something nicer for what we paid. Our room had some damage to the walls, problems with the safe and doors that wouldnt stay open unleas they had something holding them open. None of these things were serious issues but just not what I expected in a hotel of this price.

Reception staff were brilliant helping to replace a missing vital part of CPAP machine. Silvia, Peter, David, Christina - thank you again! We are so grateful we stayed at this hotel as we doubt others we stayed at would have been anywhere near as helpful. Thank you for letting us check-in hours before we were due to. We were exhausted after a very long flight from Australia. Breakfast was great. We were doing our best to avoid Covid before the next leg of our trip so the rooftop bar and cafe were perfect. Great views, pool looked good. All facilities in room that you could want. Location very good. We took the Aerobus to Plaça de Catalunya which was a short walk to the hotel.

The shower was over a bath which was slippery, however, wearing thongs/flip flops solved that problem

Loved the rooftop pool and bar with small bites to eat, the staff was amazing! Also loved the location! The hotel was very clean and the staff for the most part very friendly.

For 10 days, the breakfast was too much the same every day and the flavor was bland, not a lot of choices on jam or cheese. Also missed oat and almond milk as options. The bed was very firm and I would have preferred as did my two sisters for the blanket to have a duvet cover instead of a flat sheet. Also, it would be way more convenient to a have an iron in each room instead of calling for it...

We stayed at the Hotel Jazz from June 1 - June 5, 2024. This was our first visit to Barcelona and we were happy with our hotel choice. We liked the location because we could easily walk to several areas and sites (and could have easy access to the train if we wanted to.) The roof top was a quiet respite after a day of sightseeing and roaming around the busy streets. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful and kindly obliged our request for a late checkout.

The design of the shower made it somewhat challenging not to get the bathroom floor wet and it took awhile to get hot water. When our room was quiet we could hear the subway occasionally, although it did not bother our sleep. The construction of a nearby building distracted from the appeal of the hotel's front entrance, but construction noise did not disturb us.

My stay at the hotel was very comfortable, a beautiful and clean hotel, thanks to Marcelo, he was very classy and respectful to the hotel's customers. I will come back to the hotel next time thanks to him because he made my stay at the hotel very comfortable and even the entire hotel staff got drunk. I highly and sincerely recommend the hotel, especially foreigners. You will not feel the difference in treatment compared to your country. I thank Marcelo again. You are a person who deserves the Medal of Honor.
