Location was great

The pool was down for maintenance and we weren’t warned of this before we got there

We chose the hotel because of the location close to the Sentosa Island. We walked for 30 min and that was great. Big shopping mall was also across the street. The MRT station was nearby. The hotel allowed us to to store our luggage and use the pool and shower after we checked out until 7 pm which was very nice.

The biggest problem was the paperthin walls and door. Everything in the hallway was heard and male voices from the room next door as well. There was no cupboard space for clothes and stuff. The only place for them was on the floor. I would have expected a wider choice at breakfast including gluten free choices.

We picked Travelodge Harbourfront Singapore because of its location and it did not disappoint. We were only in Singapore for a couple of nights so we wanted something central to the places we planned to visit, like Universal Studios. This was the perfect place to stay if heading to the park as it is only a short walk across the bridge to the park. A great bonus we found was that there was a mall across the road that had everything you could possibly want or need. It was easy to get Ubers and did not take long to get to the other places we visited like Garden by the Bay. While our particular room was quite small, it had everything that we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

The scent they had in their foyer was a bit overpowering. The scent itself was nice but it was just too strong.

hotel is situated opposite Vivo City mall. Train system to town, as well as Santosa runs directly out of the mall. Very well positioned.

My wife by accident book till 2 October out, in stead of 3 October out. We stayed for 5 nights previous to this @ 350 singapore dollar per night. We were phoned 3 October at 14h00, informing us of this mistake. As we didnt have much time to move hotels, we decided to stay. Quoted price 650 singapore dollar. When we got to the hotel, they wanted 930 singapore dollar for the room. We were clearly flabagasted with the sudden change in price, and were just told it is F1, and they charge additional taxes for that.We had to pay 70 sd for late check out. We got the impression they were taking a chance, and then moved hotels. The staff were not at all accomodating, and I got the impression that they had additional rooms, but just wanted to see if i would budge for a much higher price.

The room is not too small and I got the room with the shady park and pool view. The location is not far from city centre as you can travel to the downtown by metro or bus within 10-15 minutes. Also, it's near Harbourfront, Sentosa Express and cable car to Sentosa.

The layout of restroom is quite strange as it's divided into shower room and toilet room which is next to the shower room. After showering, you have to step out from the room and move youself to the toilet room because it's too wet to get dressed in the shower room.

Overall I was very happy with my stay ay Travelodge Harbourfront. The breakfast staff were very well organised, making sure that there was always enough options at the buffet area and that nothing had ever run out, the staff at Skyfall restaurant were equally as well organised which made for a pleasant dining experience. The location to Vivo city mall was excellent making access to Sentosa Island very easy & convenient.

The bed was a little to high as I am not a giant and the toilet a little to low to the ground as I am not a midget, but neither of these issues was a deal breaker on weather I would recommend the Travelodge Harbourfront to others, nor would it deter me from staying at Travelodge Harbourfront again in the future.

Location to vivo and sentosa is very close by. Just a few steps away from harbourfront mrt. Adequate room size and comes with a bidet spray! Nice comfy bed and pillows and excellent view of sentosa and vivo.

The bed height quite high. But you do get to store your luggage underneath it. Im 5’2 and it was at hip high. You will need to “climb” the bed. The single sliding door for the shower and toilet is weird. I stayed for 2 nights and they said no housekeeping available. However I requested to get the bedsheets changed politely twice but the reception basically refused until I had to tell them I got my period out loud in front of 4 other strangers in the reception area which I do not appreciate. I did call operator but it was not answered.

Arrived by cruise ship at Harbour front terminal so just a short walk to hotel. Room was ok for a modern design. Beds a bit high if you was an older person. Breakfast was Ok. The one thing I didn,t like was the bath room and toilet arrangment with the sliding doors as no handle on the inside to slide to open to get out , needs some sort of handle be it small just to start the door off moving.

Hated the toilet and shower arrangment, dd not like the sliding doors. With no handle area to grip when in either side it was hard to start off the door sliding. Need a small handle or piece of metal to get hold of to start door moving.

The reception staff should be more warm and welcoming and I believe it's either the data is not updated or the staff don't know that I been regular there with my hubby ... Everytime we are there we feel like they treat us like we are just staying for a night or 2... But we almost every month booking there not only it's cheap but traveling for business and work is nearer. Me for being in hotel industry for ages I do know what is the body reaction or to feel welcome or humble...

Convenient location to places we wanted to visit by foot, 10-15 min taxi ride to Marina Bay Sands and the wharf. Nice roof top bar area. Our room was quiet and away from the elevator area. The front reception staff were friendly, efficient and professional. Towels and linen fresh and soft. Enough space for 2 large luggage bags and 2 cabin luggage bags. Fridge for drinks and medication (if need)

We liked the property and we would stay again, however just a couple of things people should be aware of: if you’re a short person (163cm) the bed mattress sits high; the toilet leaked and left a puddle by your feet; the room safe didn’t work; the hand basin is located outside of the toilet area and has minimal counter space for toiletries and make up bags.
