Very clean, comfortable room, close to the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was amazing!

We wanted to take the shuttle from the airport and I had marked that in my booking, but we couldn’t get in contact with the hotel when we arrived, so we ended up taking a taxi. Not a huge deal, but if there could be clearer communication in the future for how people can ensure a shuttle will be there to pick them up if requested, that would be lovely. :)

Staff did not help properly in getting bus shuttle form airport. I had to make multiple call to get the right direction from airport to hotel and staff was very keen to sell 15 Euro taxi ride form airport to hotel.

When we got to our room there was no power. They promised to send someone to fix it but we waited ages. We were hot, tired and hungry and needed a shower. They finally agreed to give us another room, so we packed up again and moved rooms. Nor a good start to the night but it was all good after that. We also thought it was a long walk from the bus stop to catch the shuttle bus and the only alternative was to pay 15 Euro at the hotel for a 2km trip.

After a horrendous experience of delayed-then-cancelled rebooked flights, we have to stay a night in MXP. I‘m glad, we were able to book here in Crowne Plaza, and stayed for a night (Dec. 7-8). It was a last-minute booking, and arrived around 9:00 PM. The two young ladies in the reception were so friendly and helpful to our needs. I can say, they ease our sorrow for our ordeal. We’re really thankful to them. Our room’s clean, and bed was comfortable. There’s a restaurant in a hotel. Thank God they were still open, and we had a decent dinner here. Breakfast is also good.

We arrived early hours in the morning, once we got off of arrivals as instructed by the hotel we called the number provided they provided clear instructions where to wait for them. They sent a friendly staff member to collected us. In the morning we caught the free shuttle back to the airport, so that we could get a train into Milan. The shuttle was only a short 10mins walk and very easy to locate. Hotel ideal for night stay, friendly, clean and comfortable beds.

The rooms were clean and had air conditioning. There is a nice restaurant but it is open limited hours. The hotel has a shuttle to reserve for 15 Euro per room.

When you arrive after lunch hours, there are no restaurants or stores nearby. The best option is to walk a couple blocks, take a bus and go back to the airport, which doesn't have great food, then take your chances on finding the right bus to get back to the stop near the hotel. However, if the restaurant is open, the food is good.

The shuttle bus service needs more explanation in advance of booking the accommodation, to prevent the disappointment we experienced. When making the room reservation we were told we could only book the shuttle bus at check in (I emailed specifically to request the bus), however on check in we were told the time (and next nearest) we required the use of the bus to make our flights was fully booked. We therefore had to get up at 5:45am to use the shuttle and arrived unnecessarily early. The point of paying the premium charge to stay so close to the airport was to avoid this! The alternative we were told was “use the public bus then” - if this was our choice we would have stayed somewhere much cheaper! The staff member was empathetic, but the process is misleading and expensive.

The staff were brilliant, particularly the 3 young waiters / waitres on shift for the 1 night we stayed. A bus load of people came to the restraunt at the same time entered, and they worked so hard to keep the service going, and their customer service still remained professional. The food was good, too, and the free shuttle service was handy.

Our room looked dated, particularly the toilet and shower facilities.

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, who gave us 2 connecting rooms, which was ideal for our family.

I would have liked information about getting to/from Maplensa T2 to be included in the listing. We eventually found out there is a free shuttle....not mentioned on the listing. It's a 5 minute walk from the hotel. When we asked at the hotel, they first tried to sell us a €25 ticket for transfer to the airport. I thought that was a bit cheeky considering there is a free shuttle.
