breakfast quality is questionable. during my stay, there was shell in the omelette in 3 different mornings. In addition, I ordered the cheese toast 3 different morning. Every time the amount of cheese was different, in one of them, I had to open the toast to see if there is any cheese... For this price of a hotel, you expect better.

This hotel is a true gem! The interiors transport you straight into an Agatha Christie novel – elegant, timeless, and full of character. You almost expect to meet Poirot around the corner! The food was outstanding, with every meal crafted to perfection, and the staff were exceptional – warm, attentive, and always helpful. A perfect blend of mystery and comfort, this hotel is an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

Mattress was very comfortable. Great decor. My wife and I like the option of four different pillows. Really well located.

Bathtub leaks, stopper does not make a seal. Rain shower head needs de-scaling. Shower area has mould between tiles. In room broucher is in tatters. In room menu is not updated, had to be disturbed after placing order to be notified the items were no longer available, and the price had gone up a lot. We somehow werent allowed in the private bar (for hotel guest and members only), although it clearly states that hotel guest can enter on their website and on the in room broucher. Sink had hair from previous guest or house keeping. Front door wasn't managed at times.

Saturday was not possible owing to a function being set up. Quite surprised to not have the possibility of breakfast at 09.30

- drinking water in plastic bottles - suggest these are replaced with glass refillable bottles and a water dispenser on each floor to refill. - replace / remove plastic guest amenities and replace with more eco friendly alternatives, eg. refillable shampoo - in room dining menu prices for tea and a cappuccino were IDR150,000 plus 21% tax and service, this seems crazy expensive.

The design is so beautiful every detailed very well selected. The room is spacious and high ceiling. Downstairs amazing restaurant. In the heart of south Jakarta

In the room I had a lot of noise because of AC units outside the window.

The staff was very helpful and accommodated my request, even the little ones. Location wise, A+! Walking distance to ASHTA and grab is easy.
