Swimming pool was not available and that info was not on the website. Staff are really excellent. Mr Gaurav the F&B mgr and Mr Amit the restaurant mgr are a real asset to this hotel. They personally meet all guests at Breakfast time and serve guests as well. I have never seen such professionalism anywhere in any 5 star property anywhere in the world, and I’ve traveled a lot. A lot of guests from overseas were handled with ease. The other staff as well in the restaurant, housekeeping and reception were far superior to anything I have seen in other hotels. I’m thoroughly impressed and all credit to the F&B top management! Thanks guys for outperforming the industry standards.

It was an excellent hotel and my first time back to India for many years. Special mention to Mohit, Sandeep, Komal, Muskan, and Daman, and many others in the restaurant staff, front of house, and security staff. The service is exceptional and most definitely a 5 star service from all of the people mentioned. They are an asset to the business and made all of the difference to make my stay so enjoyable. I look forward to returning and keep up the great work everyone.

Ran out of draft beer and not replaced for the second half of my week stay

Breakfast was good. But it was same breakfast everyday. Since I stayed for 6 days both meals breakfast and dinner were repeating again and again. On 3 different nights they made special ordered meals for us at no extra charge. So that was great. But overall meals were delicious and live food was amazing. Servers were exceptional!

To start with there was a baby lizard that fell on my daughter in our room. Then next day there was a hair in my food. Then housekeeping was not done for 1 day after my repetitive calls. And also at dinner we chose to change tables mid meals because one of the other table guest sat on our table since there were not enough seating at their table. And I told her that I’m trying to have a private dinner with my family. And she said oh it’s not a problem. She was a jerk who was staring at my kids and was more interested in our conversation. She never asked for sitting at our table she just forcefully did. And no one said anything to her. She was being served at our table as if things were normal. That was really irritating.

I hv been staying at Hyatt Ludhiana for past many years, & i hv always appreciated the B'fast particularly , for the spread , the flavours & food quality overall. However this time i felt the food quality had dropped. Served cold, taste not great & spread was average. So overall a below standard meal. Infact i had opted for dinner this time as well but was quite disappointed. Sharing because i like staying at Hyatt, n want it to be restored to its old standards.

Breakfast was excellent with choices. The staff was excellent throughout our stay including Ganesh Joshi, Prabhash, Tamanna, Neeraj, Keshav, Mohit, Vishvas, Vishal, Kajal, Rajni, Saakshi, Rohit, Kartar Singh, Babu Ram, Sonam, Ramandeep Kaur, Sunil, Sahil, and many others to contribute our excellent and memorable stay at Hyatt in Ludhiana. Keep it up!

We had a couple of rooms. One room 5018 had constant moisture build up and made the air heavy in the room.

Breakfast choice excellent, made a great personalised porridge! Staff very friendly and helpful Giving a cake on my last day was nice a gesture

1. My clothes smelled of oil after breakfast 2. The level of English from some of the staff could be better 3. My room was not vacuumed daily although when requested was done immediately 4. No spa

Nandini from front desk staff is excellent and, she went all out to make us conformable. The rooms are quite hugh, clean and tidy. The breakfast spread was elaborative and F&B staff again was doing everything to please the guests. The property is on main road so easily acces8ble.

Some minor details have to be taken care of, while one front desk staff refused us the early checkin, allowing it for other guests. That's where Nandini stepped up and made sure we get to check in. Bathroom slippers were not available and the security at night was not allowing us to take our personal camera inside the hotel. Barring these small hiccups, the stay was good

Nice big room and cleaned daily to a very high standard. Breakfast was amazing and restaurant staff looked after all your needs. And finally the bar staff as we had club rooms did a brilliant job. Location is perfect with a mall next door.

The swimming pool area is not useable and very dangerous with loose boards etc

The stay was wonderful, staff were friendly and supportive at all times. Nice ambience and welcoming feeling. The breakfast options were extensive and overall our stay was well worth it. Komal, Sidhanth, Neeraj, Kiran, Pankaj, Aryan, Sonam and many others were all very tentative.
