The outside of the hotel appeared very modern but unfortunately the bedroom and bathroom were very tired looking and needed updating in particular the bathroom where there was mould around the shower and the base of toilet was dirty. The breakfast was basement with no windows and the staff did not allow you to take your breakfast onto the terrace

The service!!! Hands down most attentive service I’ve ever experienced. Every single person I encountered was exceptionally kind. Shout out to Erind constantly checking in on us to make sure we were having a good time (as it was raining and it is a beach town). Blandly (sp.) and Julio were also the best! Julio let me use his phone for a long distance call because the hotel phone wasn’t working and I had run out of international minutes. He also upgraded us to a renovated room upon request. The breakfast was delicious - there was a massive assortment of items: doughnuts, vegetables, sweet honeydew, eggs, pizza, etc. The location was great too - a bit away from the port so away from the hustle and bustle. There were several restaurants and markets within walking distance as well. The hotel has its own private beach with clear water.

Our first room was one of the unrenovated partial sea view ones - this was our fault as we didn’t look closely at the booking. The room was a bit dark and outdated and the sea view was only visible from the balcony. We stayed in that room for one night and the next day requested to be moved to a renovated room. This was done without hesitation on the hotel’s part and was extremely appreciated by us. It made our stay 100X better.

The stay was great - lovely selection for breakfast, plenty of space on the beach and the room was always cleaned well! Prices at the beach were reasonable, and the beach staff were always pleasant when serving us coffee in the morning. The beach itself was pleasant, as there were enough sunbeds to have a pick, as well as the beach being clean with beautiful water! Saranda’s centre was quite near, around 20 minutes of walking in the evening, as well as having local supermarkets close by too. Overall, the stay was great as the hotel staff were always accommodating, whether we needed a taxi, restaurant recommendations or beach towels! Thank you!

The hotel is a gem conveniently located between a gorgeous private beach and a bustling, vibrant neighborhood. With spectacular views of Corfu and the crystal clear waters of the Ionian and Adriatic Seas, it was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy pleasant mornings and late afternoons swimming, sipping cocktails and knocking books off of my summer reading list. The hotel restaurant was above-average for the area, with, by American standards, extremely reasonable prices. (Dinner for 6 with appetizers, salads, entrees including grilled sea bass, and drinks cost us only approximately $80.) The included breakfast was second-to-none offering a daily assortment of Mediterranean (Olives, white cheese, omelets) and Continental foods. Finally, I must point out the excellent staff. Everyone working at the hotel was friendly and genuinely caring, making it feel as though we were visiting family. (We even received an email the following day from the hotel, checking to make sure we had made it to our next destination.) In particular, I would like to express our gratitude to Martina and Erind, who both went well out of their way to ensure our comfort and happiness throughout our stay. In conclusion, I would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone. We are already discussing when we can go again!

This is a matter of personal preference of course, but the only negative I could point to were the foam beds and pillows. It would have been nice if they had some down pillows on hand for guests who prefer them.

I want to thank the stuff of the hotel, they were so nice and helpful! I arrived already feeling sick, had an food poisening and ended up in the hospital, in which the hotel brought us with the cab, for free, which was super nice. The hotel is very modern, clean, the beach is super nice, the drink and food prices are good.

The breakfast option were delicious and really great, but I can´t imagine having the same breakfast over and over, after four days it was still the same, so maybe it wouldnt be for somebody, who stays a week or longer, but for a few days it´s totally lovely.

The hotel is at the best place in Sarandë, quiet and with a beautiful view and beach, yet with a walking distance from the main shore with all the clubs and restaurants. The facilities are all new, modern and in the rooms you have everything that you need. The balcony is big and spacious and with an incredible view. All members of the staff are extremely polite and friendly, they will provide everything that you need at any time. Breakfast is excellent and with a great variety of food and drinks. It has a beautiful restaurant with great local and Mediterranean food with very reasonable prices. It offers also free parking on site and free sunbeds with an umbrella. Definitely the best hotel in Sarandë, will come again!

There was not anything not to like, everything was more than perfect

The staff in the restaurant was really great and helpful. Also the restaurant was really nice and had a great view over the sea. Food and drinks were really good and also for a decent price. We could make use of the beds at the beach for free because we are guests of the hotel, this was really nice. Also the location of the hotel was nice It was quit and relaxing. The beachfront was really nice, also good if you have small kids(which we have not). It was still near (800meter) to the boulevard.

The rooms we had were a bit outdated but still comfortable. The side beach view wasn't there at the first flour. At the 4th floor where we had the other room, it was better. Also there was a bit of noise because the were building a new floor on top of the hotel. Also the hotel next to this one was renovating.

Lovely beach just outside the hotel with sunbeds for the guests. The beachbar has great drinks and coffee! A big applause for the staff in the hotel and restaurant that made our stay perfect :-) breakfast fresh and usually some variety from day to day. Beautiful views from the restaurant and balcony with seaview. Close to city Center by foot! Great markets close by.

Sometimes slow wifi, which could be improved since probably many guests don’t have albanian simcards/access to internet due to UE. But that is a minor problem when you’re on vacation, at least for us!

Great location, clean and comfortable room. The beach access was nice, although you have to pay for the “upgraded” location, but it was worth it. We got the bean bag chairs with the net that stuck out over the water for 5,000 ALL. As we were there all day (9 am - 5 pm), we were ok with paying a premium to have the breeze, view, and personal space. You could order from the beach bar, and they would bring drinks and food to you. We usually walked up to the bar, though, as it was faster. The service at the beach bar was great.

No complaints. Saranda (as a city) lost power one night (not fun in mid-July), but that was no fault of the hotel. They put out tea lights and lamps in the hallways and stairwells.

Room was small but efficient. I like the bathroom design, they've got own private beach, very nice and clean water. But be careful they don't have fine sand, just small stones, so have in mind to bring with you water shoes. They have a beach bar with cocktails but as soon as it closes you can't order cocktails from the hotel restaurant. However staff is very friendly and they prepared me some mojito and Cuba libre, so cheers to them. Overall it worth the money.

The whole Sarande is a construction site, you might be disturbed by noises in the afternoon. So have in mind to travel a bit far to Ksamil beaches. Breakfast was poor, they need to improve it, free coffee was a disaster but don't worry, restaurant espresso is great and cheap.
