Private beach is not really a beach but concrete area by the sea. Pool does not work No sun beds either we did not see many other guests stay in the hotel as well because its not perhaps the season yet if you are visiting in May/ June better to stay closer to the port and centre as it’s more lively than the area where the hotel is at

Amazing location and views to die for. Great pool. Loads of sunbeds. Very clean and great chambermaids Friendly and very helpful staff. (Nothing too much trouble. I wish I could name them personally to say thank you. Many people seem to moan about the staff but if you treat them politely they bend over backwards) Not sure why people complain about breakfast, yes it becomes repetitive after a few days ( but where doesn’t) however within a couple of minutes there are many options for an alternative breakfast for a change. Lots of local food options Peaceful and relaxing

Very nice hotel with own pool and beach. The hotel is clean and nice smelling. Stuff is young and nice. Orjona is our love). The number is clean and comfortable. The view from hotel is amazing. Breakfast contains fruits and all what you need in the morning! The family of turtles which are leaving in hotel’s yard are cute! Tha territory is well looking. So it is enough for short story). If you want a pleasant vocation - don’t think - book now)! I wish you all the best Saranda Palace!

The coffee can be better. It will be great to have towels for beach every day!

Private Beach was excellent. Stunning views from balcony. Location was great, short walk to centre with lots of nice food spots . Accomadation very clean and staff are accomadating.

One of the best hotels in Saranda. Stunning sceneries. Delicious food. Professional, friendly staff. All staff were amazing from first day till the last. The rooms were spacious and very good value for money. Cleanliness were very high standard. Breakfast were a combination between the traditional Albanian food and continental breakfast. You can have both cool and hot breakfast. Location were perfect. Everything within walking distance. ALREADY booked my next visit.

The sea view is stunning and we really liked the pool area which was well kept and you could easily order drinks and coffee next to the pool. Beach is just around the corner and sunbeds are included. Most of the staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast is really good and you can also have lunch or dinner there (although slightly overpriced). Rooms are spacious and cleaning is ok. We had a seaview room with two balconies which was very generous. Its overall family friendly (except the big pool which is very deep so watch out..) Still I would definitely recommend this place for a family vacay in Albania.

The English skills of the staff is sometimes non existent which can make communication hard at times. Some minor things were annoying, and probably easy to correct such as not having an ironing board together with the iron (had to use the bed) or the fact that I was not allowed to order my morning espresso together with my breakfast but had to drink it separately in the bar.... generally also annoying that you can barely use a credit card but only cash. Its 2022 after all and this is not a cheap hotel.

Great balcony view, we spent hours watching the boating world go by 😀 The pool is lovely and there are loads of sun loungers by the pool and at the beach, no need to "reserve" one with your towel....we were there in mid Sep mid due, might be different in the peak summer season.

The breakfast was OK, nothing special and a notch below most hotel buffet breakfasts in this price bracket. Reception staff could have been friendlier, we received a monotone robotic speel about all the hotel rules regarding what you could and couldn't do, a smile and a warm welcome goes a long way 😀 The bathroom could do with an upgrade, looking very tired.

The room was amazing, clean and amazing view ! The reception staff was very helpful and positive ! The breakfast included was decent i would say! The pool was big and very clean! I will definitely come back, i don't have any complaint.

Staff was polite and friendly. The hotel had an on-site restaurant and we enjoyed chef Alfred’s food each day of our stay. Hotel was very clean, the room was spacious, and air conditioning worked well. A small bar by the beach area offered really good drinks. For the hotel stay, cash and credit cards were accepted. Sufficient toiletries and towels were offered, including beach towels. Any questions we had prior to arrival were answered promptly by the property, which was really nice.

The bathroom was a disappointment. Outdated, with no hooks or bars to hang towels, pretty small and smelly. However the room was spacious and the daily cleaning did help somewhat with the foul odor. This may not be the situation in all rooms, as in passing we could see another room’s bathroom renovated and looking nice. The beach chair mats looked worn out.

Stayed at this hotel for four nights in May 2024 and had a generally pleasant experience. We booked a room with two double beds, which was comfortable and well-maintained. One of the standout features of our room was the terrace/balcony that offered a very nice view of the sea. Waking up to the serene ocean view each morning was truly delightful. The hotel provides is beach towels, although they only offer them once during your stay that mean you keep it with you till you check-out. The hotel has a swimming pool, which is quite deep. This could be a concern for those who do not know how to swim, as the depth is not clearly marked. If you’re not a strong swimmer, exercise caution when using the pool. In terms of room amenities, the hotel provides bathrobes, slippers, an all-in-one shower gel, and a dental kit, but no body lotion. There were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the lack of a full-view mirror and limited space for luggage, making it a bit challenging to manage our belongings comfortably. A super market located just outside. It was easy to buy water bottles and other necessities there. Additionally, we enjoyed the presence of cute tortoises. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the promenade. While Google Maps suggested a steep road, we found it much easier to take a right turn from the hotel, which led us on a flatter and more pleasant route. This is a helpful tip for anyone looking to avoid a strenuous walk.

Breakfast at the hotel was quite basic. On the first day, the half fry and omelette were cold, which was disappointing. Additionally, there was no coffee with milk options like cappuccino, which would have been a nice addition to the breakfast offerings. While it was adequate to start the day, the breakfast could benefit from more variety and improved quality.
