Loved our stay at hotel boka, from the moment we arrived we were treated wonderfully by all the staff. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the room has everything you need . We had a large balcony that looked over the cafes and market so it was great to watch the world go by. The area is perfect lots of cafes and restaurants that are full of local people so prices are very reasonable. A short walk or bus ride and you can visit all the places of interest. The city is easy to navigate on foot and the people are Friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Ava she is such a lovely lady and a great asset to this hotel nothing is too much trouble and her smile is infectious. It was our wedding anniversary and Ava decorated our room for our arrival we were truly blown away . Thank you Ava 😊 we will visit again

The room was well presented and clean with a very nice glitzy bathroom and good powerful shower. The central location is excellent for a one-night stay in Tirana and staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast options were great and tasty.

Very poor soundproofing between rooms to the point you can hear someone getting toilet roll from the toilet roll holder in the next room. It is also quite loud in the street below from the restaurants and bars, but this is somewhat to be expected given the good central loation. The location of the breakfast was disappointingly in the basement with no option for sitting outside. The filter coffee included was undrinkable and we had to pay for a decent espresso - please include espresso coffee in the breakfast.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. For those who need assistance in English this was no problem. We dropped our bags off a week ahead of time since we were traveling around the country with our bicycles; it was a small fee but they were very flexible. They were very easy to communicate with via bookings. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was exceptional a great central location. There is public parking nearby that you can pay for overnight however would not be the best location if you’re traveling with a car or staying for multiple days. The public parking situation is very difficult and they get cars parked very closely together. This is not the fault of the hotel, however. The location is a little bit more of pricey side compared to travel in Tirana so it was more of a splurge for us but a great last night for our trip.

Parking is difficult if you have a car, there is no hotel parking area. Slightly high priced but appropriate given central location.

Improve: • WiFi at Hotel. Awful, intermittent and limiting • Lack of labels on some dishes at breakfast - Not clear what is halal, vegan and is not • Toilet roll is 1ply which means it runs out quickly and needs constant replacing. Rooms should be provided with a minimum of 2-3 toilet rolls at least

The location was really good, with many many restaurants and a big bazaar just next to it. It is not exactly at the center but probably a 5 mins walk. I honestly prefer that, cause the center might get a bit too crowded and noisy on busy days! The staff was also really really helpful. The guy at the reception in the morning (I'm forgetting his name) was so so helpful and helped us out with the itinerary and even suggested a good car rental company which we ended up using to hire a car. The breakfast was also good. The room sizes are a bit smaller than usual but the balcony on a hot summer day should compensate for it! 😛 Bathrooms were really clean and they had all the necessary amenities. All in all a really good stay and I can definitely suggest this hotel to anyone.

Nothing much, the hand shower was lying over the bathroom drainage for some reason. 😂 Someone might have forgotten to put it back after cleaning. So it felt a bit icky looking at it. Just wanted to put it there so that the hotel keeps that in mind when they clean the bathroom in the future! 😂

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. THE ROOMS WELL EQUIPPED EVERYTHING YOU NEED.VERY CLEAN. BEDS VERY COMFORTABLE .ALL STAFF VERY HELPFUL AND EXCEPTIONALLY FRIENDLY.ESPECIALLY THE RECEPTIONISTS HERCULES AND ENOK SO HELPFUL AND KIND.A GREAT ASSET TO THE HOTEL. THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT FOR EVERYTHING, A GREAT VIBE AROUND IT. OUTSIDE HOTEL BAR AND COFFEE BAR GREAT ATMOSPHERE.

Breakfast was always cold,and NO English breakfast Tea,or like.Coffe not very good.but the only fault everything else perfect

Everything was amazing! Starting with the fact that the room was sparkling clean, super comfy and had all the facilities you need. The location is great! You can find plenty of restaurants, caffes, markets, exchanges very close to the hotel. The staff was super kind and friendly! Another thing worth mentioning is the beautiful aquarium on the underground restaurant were the breakfast was served. It had a very relaxing view that made the delicious breakfast even more enjoyable. All in all, staying at hotel "Boka" was a great experience and I recommend it to everyone!!!

The location is excellent. The hotel is around the corner from a market and is surrounded by a rich variety of restaurants, shops and cafes. It is easy for taxi access and is only a short walk from the main square, Bunk Art 2, the old city walls and a host of other sites.

The room doors are on a key card system as one might expect but while this is generally accepted to provide security, as a solo traveler, I would have appreciated an extra precaution such as a swing bolt. Having said this, I can attest to feeling very secure and safe in the hotel and the general area around it.

The location of the hotel is excellent. There are good restaurants and a city market nearby. The most important buildings can easily be reached on foot. The bus to the airport is a 5-minute walk away. The hotel is super clean. The maid cleans the room every day. The staff is friendly and helpful.

My room was on the first floor facing the street and was a bit noisy, but it didn't significantly affect the overall experience.

Everything in the hotel was exeptional, starting from the staff , the recepsionist, my room was very very clean. The buffet breakfast had a variety of foods to choose and I really enjoyed it. Everyone there were polite and generous. The location near the Skanderbeg square is also a big plus because you don't need a taxi to go in the best places in Tirana such as good restaurants or something to drink in "Blloku". If you really want to visit Tirana and you want to find a place feels like home and chic in the same time choose Boka Hotel.
