For me it was your staff, you were so great, helpfull, and kind, You helped me with breakfast at 4 AM! You were amazing when we needed to park the car! ALL of you were very very kind to us, Even the woman who was cleaning our room was nice! All the trouble made by the security off the mall, and you helped us, The last collegue, told me we could whastapp you ANYTIME even if we were not in Albania anymore, if we had ANY cuestions, we could call you. I absolutly love your staf! The room and hotel were amazing too, The room was with enough space, was clean, and the bed was GREAT! The location was everything! The mall next door was the best option we had, I spend almost 4 days in albania, and so how many hotels there were in the Whole country, We went from Gjirokaster to Shkoder and all the way up in the snow, Every night we came back to Tirana.. And i am glad we did! I am glad we had the chance to stay with you! I think we could not have chosen better. I think the hotel manager is very lucky with such a great staff!

The location is brilliant if you need to take a coach somewhere, the coach station is literally below the Hotel but the room was so quiet you wouldn’t have known! The breakfast was delicious a lot of choice and this included really nice coffee, the hotel is located right near Albania’s largest shopping mall which is really good for an explore and if you need to kill some time. The staff are exceptional - especially Julia, she is so helpful and friendly and made the whole experience fantastic! Julia is a credit to the whole team and her customer service is the best I have ever received

A new and clean hotel directly connected to the bus terminal. The rooms and beds are comfortable. The staff are all very kind, any questions about accommodations or not are answered 24 hours a day via WhatsApp, which is very reassuring for foreigners.

Unfortunately the toilet was not cleaned properly after the previous guest's use. This was my case, but during my three-night stay, I participated in different tours on two days.Since this hotel was quite far from the center, I was not picked up and had to go to the center myself, which was stressful as I was in an unfamiliar place. In this regard, this is just my case.

I liked that everything was super clean !!! It looked like that we entered to a new completely hotel. The people who worked at the hotel were super nice and friendly , really no words !!! The breakfast also was good. Also the bus station was under the hotel. So we took bus to Center. Unfortunately, there is no bus to the airport - only taxi, but you can take bus to the center and from the center you can take another bus to the airport. Also we could take some cookies to the room in the evening, tea, water so it was very kind 🥰

The credit card machine didn’t work and we needed to give cash only or transfer. So I made a transfer and needed to pay for exchange plus for transfer and also couldn’t buy anything from the hotel with credit card, and it felt not comfortable- I don’t like to pay with cash. Plus some stuff didn’t work in the room when we arrived - like kettle, hairdryer and the air conditioner was only on cold but when we said it - we immediately got a new room.

The room was exactly as described. It is very clean and the bed was comfortable - slept very well. Staff are lovely - friendly and helpful. Stayed 2 nights. It is a great location if you are arriving or leaving Tirana through Tirana East Gate Bus Station (the international bus station). The hotel sits within the same complex and is 2 minutes walk away - just follow the signs, go up the escalator and cross the small square. Despite being close to the bus station and next door to the TEG Shopping Centre (shops, ATMs, Foreign Exchange office and restaurants) it was very quiet at night time and windows are well insulated. The hotel was fully booked, but I didn't hear any noise from rooms next door. Breakfast was included, which made it very good value. If you are travelling onward into the city, ask at reception as they have a discount for the taxi operator. I also got some work done at the desk in the room. Wifi was fine. Thank you for a lovely stay. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was very good.

Hospitality, helpfulness, price advantage, location advantage, full cleanliness. The room, spotlessly clean bed, tea machine, two bottles of ice water in the fridge were waiting for me. The biggest shopping mall in Tirana is nearby. Extremely fast internet. Delicious vegetarian breakfast, hot freshly baked pastries. The bathroom is super luxurious. Spotlessly clean towels and bathrobes. If you are going to other countries, you should definitely stay here because the terminal is 5 minutes away and the buses leave early at 6 am. Otherwise, you will have a hard time making it. From here, you can easily go to Montenegro, Kosovo, Skopje and return on the same day. Lastly, the ladies and men working there are very polite. There is also Julia, she is very hospitable, solves problems immediately, and also knows English and other languages. Since I speak English, she communicated with me in English. If you are learning English, you can practice your English very well by creating a conversation environment with her, and sometimes she even offers coffee, I am telling you.

Property is located within the shopping centre. Free parking and if you need to go into Tirana the bus station is 2 minutes from reception. Staff were very attentive and helpful. We went into Tirana for the evening they said if you .message us we can order a taxi for you. The taxi was prompt and only wanted to charge us 6 euro for 15 -20 minute ride. We fave him 10 euro and he was over the moon. Breakfast served just off reception with plenty of choice. On the outskirts of Tirana but main roads are outside hotel to get everywhere. Good value for money and very clean. Staff where brilliant 👏

I totally enjoyed my time with my spouse here. All the front desk assistants were very helpful and friendly especially the ladies. Location was great as it it was close to the mall. Staff also booked taxis for me to when we requested it and always good value for money. Our room was a very decent size and clean.

Our arrival day was exhausting as the taxi dropped us off at the wrong hotel location. Metro Hotel but was not the one at terminal. The front desk staff gave us a description on how to get to the correct hotel location but that was not so helpful. I would recommend getting the hotel to arrange a taxi to collect you if not sure. That way you don't waste unnecessary time getting there. Although breakfast was okay but I believe adding a name or what each breakfast dish contains will help visitors understand what they are eating, what it is made of and perhaps if I get to see it somewhere else i could tell i know what it was and if I had tasted it before. These doesn't take a way the overall lovely experience I and my husband had at the hotel.

The hotel is super clean .. near a big mall. There are plenty of free parking . The breakfast was delicious and better than every where in Albania . The check in was quick and easy . They made a surprise for us since we are celebrating our anniversary and put some nice cakes heart shape . The place is clean and has nice smell . Special gratitude and thanks to the wonderful Xhulia who arranged our stay to be un forgettable and memorable stay .. She is really a very welcoming , charming and helpful lady . Thank you for every thing . We came back to you again and we will recommend you to every one

The welcome on arrival was first class, by the receptionist Xhulioi (Julia), very friendly, explained everything and she arranged a taxi transfer to the airport next morning at a good rate. Complimentary coffee or tea whilst checking in. All other staff were equally pleasant. We had stayed here at the start of our trip so knew what to expect, hence we returned for our last night. It is a modern, spotlessly clean and fresh, contemporary hotel. The Eastern bus station is directly below and there is a new shopping mall next door. The room is a good size and well appointed for the rate. Breakfast was very good, buffet style with a very good selection and lots of fresh fruit. (Perhaps ask for a room on the second floor to be further away from and traffic down below). Overall great value and would happily recommend to friends and family.
