Apartment was nice and we had a possibility to park in garage. There are a lot of places where to eat (fantastic food in Kripë dhe Piper) and the SPAR grocery store near the apartment. A few steps to a Vodafone store where you can buy a SIM card.

Our apartment was supposed to be 72m2, but we got a 40m2 apartment without a washing machine and some other things. There was also no bedding for the third person. The change was made consciously and it was reasoned that for one night it doesn't matter how big the room is.

The staff are friendly Jorida allow to check in early she is very helpful and always asking about the stay. The apartment very clean.

The swimming pool is not free also the parking.

Very slight thing which was the curtain didn’t close fully and they came to fix but it required more time than they had so we decided to leave to the next day

Everything about this apartment is outstanding. The building is brand new and all the details are impressive, from the decoration, Smeg appliances, laundry machine, smart tv with streaming services and a very own Alexa! Luxury and modern. If you have children, you have a very own playground and the city acqua park next door! What we liked the most was the service. We had a minor issue on the second night and everything was resolved very quickly, and in the most suitable way for our family. We are very grateful to Ilaria and the rest of the staff and will always recommend this property to our friends and family!

Beautiful apartment and location

The gym and pool are not included!!! Don't be fooled. It's €20 to use.

Very well located, in a rather new development, having nice entrance and elevator (the latter item is a rarity if one wants to stay in the Blloku area in the heart of the city, where usually there are old buildings, poorly maintained, even if the offer of accommodation is vast and apartments are renovated, the buildings are terrible). The Rooms are actually a business, having several types of rooms. They are very digitalised when it comes to reservation, payment and communication, which is quite interesting and special, compared to my several other previous experiences in Tirana, when only cash payment was accepted and in one case I had a fight with the owner not even wanting to issue an invoice to me, and that despite several interventions from Booking (tax evasion at its highest). Human interaction goes well through a whatsapp number you are provided with, alongside detailed instructions, once you reserve. So, even if you do not see anyone during your stay, you have access to staff. Actually, at the same locations, they have offices around, but I did not go there (I saw a sign on the outside wall at the entrance). They accommodate some special requests, like in my case, when I asked for a kettle and tea cups.

The only not so important downside is that - at least the room I had - windows are on one main street and it can get sometimes noisy. Notably, 2 nights out of 4 I woke up at 1 a.m, because the garbage truck came across the street and they are not really quiet when they come to collect garbage from the big containers on the street. However, this is not something that would deter me to book again with The Rooms.

I had an incredible stay at this apartment! The location is unbeatable, offering easy access to everything you could possibly need. Whether it’s dining, shopping, or just enjoying the local vibe, it’s all right at your doorstep. What truly made my experience exceptional was Jorida, the head of staff. Her attention to detail, warmth, and dedication to ensuring guests feel welcome is unmatched. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and handled every request with a smile. Amazing place, very clean with great shower and super comfy bed. Location was brilliant, next to the lake and opposite a delicious BBQ restaurant.
