Close to the airport for our overnight stay, manager was very helpful booking a taxi for us to the airport & also allowed us to keep our room for free until 5pm as we had a late flight home rather than normal check out time. Lovely pool area & great restaurant.

Original room was in main building & very dated, must add it was very clean though. Unfortunately we returned to our shower water still all over the wet room floor a couple of hours after & a very strong sewage smell was present, but reception moved us immediately to a fantastic suite right beside pool area so rectified quickly.

Exquisite hotel! Very friendly staff, helpful in every way. A couple of times they gave me complementary treats, like fresh berries by the pool, and coffee the last morning. The room was very beautiful and modern, with a lot of different toiletries and vanity stuff. The swimming pool is big and of high quality. There is also a smaller pool for children. Beautiful nature surrounding the resort, and a lot of trees and flowers at site. Fast internet. Tasty food in the restaurant, and good breakfast!

The sound proofing between the rooms is not good. I could easily hear people "being intimate" next door at night, as well as the traffic from the highway, which was a little disturbing. The drain in the shower was clogged, so the water ran all over the floor in the bathroom when I was showering. I mentioned this, and they instantly gave me a new room. Very good service!

-Pool: clean, great music, drinks/ food easily accessible -Food in the main/ fancy restaurant was excellent -Staff throughout was kind, helpful and welcoming -Manager in the main/fancy restaurant was an A+ gentleman We had one issue during our lengthy stay and the manager in the main (fancy) restaurant moved swiftly and addressed the problem so that the remainder of our stay was enjoyable! We traveled from the US with our family and met family members here at this resort. In total we had over 20 people within our family from Albania, Greece and Italy. It was a great stay, we can not stress enough how the manager really made it a priority to address our concern. As a result, we would give this resort an A+ (we travel a lot!) We hope to be back soon! Thank you Palma Nova!

-Resort was a bit far from other areas in Albania, definitely need transportation if planning to leave the resort.

On arrival the receptionist Angela was very polite friendly and helpful when I requested items for my room, The size, cleanliness and style of the Deluxe room was very good The swimming pool is a great size The Restaurant within resort is very nicely decorated, most importantly the food was fantastic Overall, happy to have stayed in Palme nova resort No issue with the road being close by as it is not a busy road and we did not hear road noise in the room.

In the room was a kettle and flavoured tea leaves but no coffee, tea, milk or sugar which is normally a standard item in a hotel.

It has good pool ,restaurant and children's play park . The stuff is friendly . Private big space car parking . Away from the city and I choose to stay in this very good place

Bed sheets is old and have damages The rooms in the first floor and there is no elevator One of the stuff help me carrying my bags but he damage the bag holder😁 The water in the shower is good pressure but the drain is weak so the bathroom will be full of water 😔

The pool is great and beds are comfortable.

The pool bar guy charged us more than the price indicated in the menu… furthermore the hotel is split in 2 different buildings. Ours was located next to the motorway instead of the villa shown in the pictures. Phonic isolation is okay but still noisy in the morning. No real breakfast only a self service in the oil station.

Palmanova resort is a stunning oasis perfect for relaxation and recreation. With its lush greenery, scenic walking trails, and well-maintained facilities, it's ideal for family outings,friends time and leisurely strolls. The tranquil streams and beautiful landscaping make it a peaceful escape from city life.

Poolarea, restaurant + restaurantstaff. Thr restaurant was basically the best thing about this whole stay - really great. The surroundings with mountains and beautiful nature was fabulous.

A bit too far outside Tirana (as expected when booking), our daughter wasn’t allowed to use a pool chair on Sunday - she had to sit with us on one of our chairs - even though there were A LOT of available chairs all around the pool the entire day. And lastly the room was fine with a kettle and refrigerator, but there was no cups, cutlery, plates or anything to actually make use of a kettle e.g.

Our stay at the Palma Nova Resort exceeded all our expectations. The rooms we stayed in were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated and the pool was amazing. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The Front desk staff,cleaning staff,restaurant staff,laundry staff and the resort itself is very good.

Nothing,but there is a room for improvement in the transfer facilities from and to the Tirana city center as it comes out quite expensive if you hire a taxi every time when you have to visit 3 to 4 days in your week stay.Also there is no tea coffee making facility in the room. Other than that,its wonderful experience staying there. All the staff is very polite and helpful especially Anxhla, Shqiponje the chef, The physio Sabri ,Elona etc.
