The hotel is spotless and smells like clean laundry. The staff were all so very friendly and helpful. Josep answered questions for me beforehand and checked what time I was checking in on the day. The father gave me great restaurant recommendations too. Breakfast everyday was delicious. Bacon and toast from the fire, scrambled egg, English breakfast tea, pastries, cereal, fruit, cold sausage and tomato. They also provided me with teabags for the room (they normally supply a mixture of coffee, herbal tea and black tea but I just wanted English breakfast). I couldn't hear the other guests. It is very close to the bus stop, but a little far from the lifts (5 min walk in ski boots carrying skis- if you ski with a bag consider taking your shoes).

Excellent breakfast options and very attentive staff. The location is just great walking distance from lots of restaurants, ski rental shops and ski slopes. The rooms are spacious and warm. Its location is also in a back street so there is no noise form bars or drunk people. Excellent and unbeated quality for the price.

To say something, reception closes at 8 PM, but they have the phone of the owner at the door which basically is always available to receive you in the propoerty with a smile. After you check in, you have a keycard to get in after 8PM.

This is a family hotel where we felt like visiting our relatives in the country house. 2 min (300 m) to the ski lifts. Very personal service, simple but delicious food, bread and meat fry on the open fire in a fireplace was so tasty. Only adult visitors make it quiet and convenient to live. Owners and staff are polite. Room cleaning every day. Relative to price and quality it is one of the best offers in this marketplace.

We have been only 3 days so I lacked time to notice something bad or wrong.

Fantastic hotel. Reception friendly, informative and young man spoke great English. Parking only available on the street and was a bit difficult, but we worked it out. The hotel and room were of high quality furnishings. Nice town and enjoyed a dinner of pizza, salad, and sangria. Breakfast was AMAZING. Be sure to try the sobrasada.

The property is very well maintained and decor is subtle and in good taste. Room and bathroom very well appointed & spotlessly clean.

Two minor irritations, the inability to leave a car within sight of the hotel and the fact that there didn’t seem to be any air-conditioning. The second was mitigated slightly by our host giving us a room on “the cooler” side of the building (with an apology for there being no mountain view!). A fan would have been nice.

The hotel was incredible. Josep and his family extended a warm welcome to us, going above and beyond to address any concerns we might have had. The highlight was undoubtedly the breakfast, particularly the bacon and bread freshly prepared over an open flame, making for a truly complete and delightful morning meal.

Very cosy family hotel. Staff is very friendly, Josep helped us booking ski lifts and lessons, that was very helpful. Perfect location, 5 minutes walk from the slopes. Delicious breakfast, the owner prepares toast on the fire, it's delucious. We had a great experience. I would highly recommend this hotel.

A very welcoming and accommodating family owned hotel. Josep and his parents provided excellent service for me and the other guests. I would highly recommend staying here when in Pas de la casa!

Breakfast was amazing in the hotel, and every day a buffet was provided and later on they offer tailor made additional options to choose from.

If someone is too laud in the rooms next door you can hear them. Although usually doesn't happen as people go there in winter mostly to ski and go to sleep relatively early.

- It is a 5 minutes walk from Grandvalira Pas de la Casa ski lifts. You do not need others as you can ski to any place in Grandvalira from there. - Hotel does not have its own parking space, but multilevel parking with a lot of space is close enough and not as expensive as parking on the street. (Entrance to the parking lot from the 6th floor and if there are no places, then go down to the 5th floor, it seems no one knows that the parking lot is multi-level) - Most of the personnel does not speak English, but they do their best and can solve any problem or answer any questions, for example showing where to park and where to eat on the map. - There are extra blankets in the room in case it gets cold at night. - Everyday cleaning was really good. - Everyone is friendly and welcoming.

- Soundproof is good but not perfect. Couple of times I have woken up because of drunk people arguing on the street. You can hear people in other rooms in the morning, especially if they walk in ski shoes. - After a towel change I have found one long white hair on a new towel. (Both of us have dark hair) - Breakfast is good but lack of warm options. We stayed for 7 nights and I think I will not want eating bacon for a month.
