The property was in an excellent location for the slopes and the local town. Breakfast was just what we needed before a days skiing. Staff were very friendly and they accommodated a late arrival (1am) and an early check out (6am). I would highly recommend this hotel.

Just had 2 nights stay here to visit family. We did not ski but plenty of people were who were staying at the hotel did. Hotel is located at the top end of town right by all the shops. No bars so very quiet, which is what we wanted. Marianne checked us in and our booking came with breakfast. Marianne showed us to the room and had put the heating on, so it was toasty warm. This was excellent customer service for me. The rooms have a lovely balcony with exceptional views. Day 1 was dry and clear, so perfect to sit and people watch. There is a fridge in the room, which you can put in whatever you want. Tea was available and a small kettle with 2 bottles of water. It’s a 5 minute walk to the ski lifts, maybe longer carrying skis etc. The hotel is really clean. Plenty of choice at breakfast, which is served in the bar, which yes is petit after the name. A lovely lady made us a coffee and we had a choice of the following:- fresh orange juice, cereal, yoghurts, fruit bowl, and ham cheese. Butter jam etc. Fresh bread which was four different choices. A selection of teas. There was scrambled egg and bacon as well. Also a selection of fresh pastries. I have to say I was very impressed, as we had read too many reviews on other hotels, which are closer to the lifts but also to the nightlife, which made us a bit weary. The reviews we did read made us book the Petit Hotel and we are glad we did. If you stay after reading this, I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did. We live in rural France, after living in a city for many years in the UK, so we do prefer peace and quiet. We had a bath in our room and bathrobes that all added to the experience.

Maria and her team are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel is at the heart of town and very accessible to the ski resort. The room given to us is very clean, cozy and has an amazing view of the Pyrenees.

Central location, balcony & view of hills, kettle with tea bags most welcome, plenty of power points for charging phones etc. Well appointed bathroom. We were the only ones in the place so we felt a bit guilty that the staff had to prepare breakfast just for us

This is a nice little hotel, the rooms are clean and relitively comfortable. Good sized bathroom, a nice little balcony with a view of the mountains (although as it was snowing a lot we didn't get much chance to use it) The manager was charming and really helpful, pointing us in the direction of the best restaurant in Pas de la Casa (Bo and Gola) The breakfasts were very good with a big range on offer and freshly cooked eggs and bacon. It's in a good position in the centre of town and very close to the slopes, shops, restaurants and the public parking.

Unfortunately we had to cut our ski trip short as the weather closed in and we were not able to ski. There's not much else to do in Pas de la Casa when you can't ski. There is no lift and we were on the 2nd floor so had to carry our cases up a lot of stairs.

Great place and very friendly staff. It was my first time skiing and the staff was very helpful and even gave me some tips and a paracetamol after I returned after my first day of skiing. The bed was very comfortable and there was enough space to store the ski equipment. The breakfast was also good with enough variety to fuel up for a day of ski. The room was very hot at night, despite turning off the heating but I did not really mind.

Some of the guests were not wearing masks in the breakfast area, and the staff did not mind. One of the other guests was sick and literally coughing all over the table the breakfast was displayed on without covering his mouth. It is a 5 min walk more or less to the ski station and there are no lockers there so if you are a beginner like me you may find it challenging to walk up there carrying/wearing all your ski equipment.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, price was decent for a last minute booking the weekend of new year's. Hotel was conveniently located close to the chair lifts and was easy to find. Also super close to restaurants and shops, all within minutes of walking. Room in itself was comfortable and had all the essentials, continental breakfast with good spread of items. Would recommend staying!

Ski storage area was closed due to COVID but we were allowed to store out ski and ski boots in the room and balcony (had plenty of space anyway so it wasn't a problem!).

I really liked the hotel. The room itself is large with a nice view of the mountains and a balcony. Breakfast is not very varied, but not bad. The hotel is located near the ski lift. There are many shops around.

They accommodated my late check in with pleasure and showed me exactly where to park. Gave me the best room available and offered all of the information I could possibly wish for. Breakfast was delightful!

The weather... but that wasn't their fault!

Breakfast was simple but nice, not a lot of hot food but we knew that when booking so were happy with our selection. Staff are very friendly and take pride in keeping the place clean. Nice quiet small hotel, amazing balcony view :) Location was a quick 4/5 minute walk to slopes, we rented lockers right beside slopes to save us having to carry the gear each morning and evening, such a good idea! Beds are very comfy and heating is adjustable!
