The room was huge compared to ordinary hotels (an extra 15 euros for the upgrade, but it was worth it for us). The view from the full-sized windows was impressive, offering a panoramic vista that extended 10 kilometers. The equipment was adequate, with everything needed for a good vacation (microwave, stove, coffee maker, etc.). There were also 2 LED TVs: one for watching programs with friends and another for viewing from the bed. Overall, the room was perfect. On the last day, I watched a thunderstorm from the balcony, which was incredible. Thanks to the staff and owners for creating such an unbelievable atmosphere.

Everything was great. The difference in elevation between various parts of the property was challenging for me: the top building, the hotel's reception, the street, and the cafe were all more than 50 meters apart. However, this is a characteristic of the location.

The spacious, comfortable, well appointed apartment had double doors onto a large balcony with mountain views. The sun streamed into the living space. The central location meant you could walk down to shops and restaurants. The staff and manager were friendly and offered great advice, information and directions to local attractions and recommended restaurants. The overall look of the hotel blended in perfectly with the alpine landscape. The hotel communications pre visit were excellent.

The hotel car park spaces were tight and a challenge to manoeuvre into specific parks The first floor ramp was too steep causing our car scrape the front bumper when exiting. The alternative overnight parking suggested by the hotel would have been quite an uphill distance to walk.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The apartment is basic but nothing is missing and it’s quite comfortable

All the stairs up. Also, one day I was trying to come up on the elevator and, to my surprise, a women’s had been trapped in it for a long time. I’d rather take the stairs any time, carrying skies and boots if needed rather than taking that elevator.!

We got very detailed description about how to get the keys, as we arrived after the reception opening hours, we managed to find it. The location was great with beautiful view for the mountains. The apartment was great and big enough for 4 people. The weather was little bit cold but they provided us extra heating system.

The wifi was little bit weak, but the staff was really helpful and flexible and they solved the problem immediately.

Location is absolutely great very close from Tarter slopes. Easy access and parking . Parking spots are very small but after providing the car model to the staff they accommodated my car in a bigger space which it was very helpfull

Andorra isn't EU and so roaming fares are applying when visiting. WIFI in the hotel wasn't good at all. One of us meant to be working one day and even getting the paid Wifi it wasn't possible to do it

Most awesome thing was the view, is really a beatifull place to spend some time. There is a free wifi that is very good at some location in the room, but is ok.

It's a little confuse to get to reception, and that's it.

The building and the neighborhood is just amazing with great views of the mountain. To have a relax place is just great

If you bring a car better to be a small or medium one for easy access and parking.

Really well equipped rooms. The hotel is well located, it was very clean and very confy. We enjoyed our stay.

The parking is really hard even if you have a small car. We had a parking spot and on the second day of our stay there was a car parked in our spot, the reception was closed so we had no one to tell about this.

Loved the location and view over the mountains. Easy check in and reception were helpful. Comfortably fit our family of four. Bonus was the washing machine. No problem for us but a few stairs to get to the rooms so please be mindful if you have any ailments. Easy 10 minute walk to the ski fields (got day ski passes from ski place). Would recommend and value for money.

Beautiful settings, reasonably furnished apartment, helpful receptionist.

Necessity to pay for reasonable Internet speed. Parking for tourists is available in the hotel garage for €12 but only for small cars-very difficult to climb into and dangerous to damage the car. Impossible to park outside at night due to the local town rules.
