I was impressed by the restaurant and especially by chef, who cooked varied food every day in the evening and morning, everything was very delicious. Also in this restaurant were the most attentive and friendly waiters I've ever met.

There was no ventilation in the room and no radiators. There was a conditioner, but after turning it on the air burned very rapidly and it caused headache. Also every morning and evening we had wet windows after taking a shower so the water was dropping from the window which was not very convenient

Clean and comfortable, friendly staff, good choice of foods at buffet shuttle bus very efficient and super helpful drivers Lovely to have kettle and large TV Beds comfortable, free safe was a bonus clean communal areas

Atrocious parking - ok if you drive a Nissan Micra, anything larger you will struggle to get in without damaging and €20 a day is a rip off. We parked on street with no problem Spa was ok, but needs better control of use we booked but it was obvious that people just turned up and it was over crowded at times- could access not be by room key ? No control over who got on bus, sure some people using it were not even hotel guests ! Tiles broken and lifting in the Spa hot shower

Amazing hotel! This is my second time staying here. The staff are very kind, and the food is excellent. The parking area isn’t suitable for big cars, but there is plenty of space available outside the hotel. The hotel is very close to the main ski lifts, making it extremely convenient. Overall, it’s absolutely worth the money we spent!

Really friendly and professional staff. Amazing quality food. Massages and treatments were fantastic. Rooms are a good size, very comfy beds, perfect for after skiing. Very reliable shuttle bus.

The rooms could do with a tiny bit more ventilation, particularly the bathroom. Lots of moisture in the room, only way to get rid of it was to open up the windows in the bedroom, which makes the room very cold. No other complaints!

Everything! Is perfect. The hotel is small and if you are expecting a luxury hotel this is not your place. But is perfect for a gateway in the mountains. Is pretty, clean, has a great lounge and a big restaurant. Family and kids friendly which for us was great! The staff is amazing! Everyone who we talked to during our stay went above and beyond to help and make us feel comfortable. Specially Carmen who treated you as if you were family. So caring and servicial. We visited during summer so it was very easy and quick to find free parking on the street. Can’t wait to come back!

The rooms were comfy, there is a snowboard storage room. The breakfast had a generous variety and was very nourishing. The dinner buffet is an excellent alternative for nights in. The spa is spacious and ell equipped.

Some spa facilities were dysfunctional for a few nights. Gym is a litter under-equipped.

This is a small, friendly hotel with exceptional staff who made an effort to know your name and be helpful. We enjoyed the friendly bar area and the spa every day after skiing, relaxing in the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, and the library was a quiet oasis to do some work. The bedrooms were as described with very comfortable beds, and well equipped bathroom. The half board option was a good choice for us as the food was varied and plentiful. The hotel is a 15 minute walk uphill to the centre of the resort but there was always the option of booking a lift in the (free) hotel minibus.

Be aware that the interior comfort rooms were a bit grim as the window looked out onto a brick wall (but they were good value.)

Buffet very good value, spa was excellent and surprised that it was free staff were great and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable

Rooms a bit small for sharing a twin and heating on constantly as no means of turning it off. Has to have the window open which is against my principles.

This is the second time in consecutive years my son, daughter in law, grandchildren & I have stayed at this hotel. The staff are lovely, breakfast & dinner buffets are delightful & the hotel & rooms are spotlessly clean. The complimentary mini bus to the ski lifts is huge plus as is the spa which is available to all residents.

The staff of the hotel was very very friendly and helpful, this made a huge different for our stay! The room was spacious, with comfortable bed. The food (breakfast/lunch/dinner) quite good, lots of varieties! Definitely will come back!
