This was one of the most excellent and exceptional hotels we have ever stayed in. The loft set-up with the bed and bathroom up stairs was lovely. The rest of the room was spacious and with a stunning view of the famous Avenida 9 de Julio/Obelisk. The location was superb, close to many famous central monuments (Plaza de Mayo, San Telmo district) and the staff were exceptional. Very patient with us when we had issues with the door (the problem lay with my ineptitude on that particular night). They were also friendly, welcoming and efficient. Breakfast is brought to the room, as standard, and the two young women who served were full of enthusiasm and charm.

No problems at all. Initially breakfast served in one's room seemed strange and slightly disorientating, having been used to buffet hotel breakfasts or simply going out, but this was not an issue with the hotel service, just our habits.

The bed was so big and comfortable. We had a balcony that looked out onto the street and there was plenty of room. This hotel is in a great location to walk around in the city.

The air-conditioning was a little bit loud. Our digital door lock wasn't working properly and was broken on the inside. The staff informed us of an app to download on our mobile phone to use as a key instead. Therefore we had to use our mobile phone to open the door the duration of our stay.

Breakfast service to the room was good in a way to have more privacy . but the choices of breakfast are not that great.

Very comfortable room and close to the city center. The staff were friendly and accomodating. The hotel entrance is located on a side street which is convenient for getting into a taxi or uber because it is tucked away from the busy main road.

The kitchen had no forks, knives, plates etc Only two cups. We could not make a coffee in our room as there was nothing for us to use. You have to go down to reception to ask for these items.

Travel for vacation with family and friends from Australia. Staff were fantastic, very helpful with any requests, and happy to assist with our little amount of Spanish we spoke. Apartment was roomy and comfortable. We had a minor water leakage issue which was resolved very quickly and we were moved to another room to allow the issue to be resolved. Foyer/ reception was approachable and welcoming and it was good to see there was remote security every night. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Cleaners were evident at various times in public spaces which highlighted this. Apartment was exceptional value for money given size, reasonably sized kitchenette etc. Location is fantastic, within easy walk of supermarket and Obelisk, and was a great central base for exploring both ends of this intriguing city centre avenue. We stayed for 6 nights and could easily have stayed longer as there was so much to see! Highly recommend.

There was nothing we didn't like. This was one of our top stays of our 6 week South American holiday.

The room is very spacious and clean. There is a safety box in the room, so we didn't need to bring the money and valuables outside. The hotel is located at safe street.

The options are expensive. Changing towels is U$1per person and 18 dollars to clean the room per day. There's no stove and utensils in the kitchen. There are a toaster, microwave, and electronic kettle.

The room was really nice and had everything we needed. We were able to borrow a steamer for clothes from reception and the staff were extremely helpful. We checked in an hour early at no extra cost.

The room was very cold due to a draught from the windows and the door. The heating helped slightly but was still uncomfortable at night.

The room was very spacious, very well furnished, and extremely comfortable. The location of the hotel is superb, near many sights in Buenos Aires, and despite being in a very crowded avenue, the room was not noisy at all. Breakfast is delivered to your room for an extra cost; it has quite a variety of options, and the staff who serve breakfast are all very polite. Staff at the front desk are also very nice and helpful.

The cleaning kit for the dishes (soap, sponge) needs to be requested in the front desk instead of having it in the room by default, which can be a very minor nuisance if you forget to ask in advance. Also, cable TV has few channels.

Great location, nice room for a party of 4, nice sitting area and everything you need for a family

We asked in advanced to check in early and our request was not accepted, later when we arrived and wanted to finally check in they wouldn't let us have the room before we pay (my partner went to exchange money, I told them it will not take longer than 10-15 minutes), they had my credit card details and would have charged us if we wouldnt arrive, so why make us wait so long after a 22 hours flight + a few hours waiting for the check in time.

The room was excellent in chic, quirk and comfort. Staff were very helpful and diligent.

The check-in process is clunky (really, QR code for check-in? Just copy the passport!). Some reception staff seemed a little confused, but trying really hard. 'trying' is so much better than 'not caring '. On-the-job training is an essential, so it is understandable.
