Amazing great find near the Obelisk. Close to 9th Ave Tourist spots.Clean and amazing service from Reception especially from Matias who worked on Christmas with always a smile on his face and ready to give any information we needed. Also a shout out to the you man who checked us in and the lady who checked us out as well as the concierge staff. Amazing group of people !!

Walking to the Hotel from the Obelisk area in the evening a bit sketchy. No one bothered us though and we took Cabify and Uber which are very economical in the evening so never an issue

Nice atmosphere, clean and BIG rooms. Breakfast was good, even though the staff in the lounge is composed of only 1 person who's clearly overloaded. The location is good and safe, been though the center is not the most welcoming at night on the other hand you're close to everything.

It can be a bit of a dark atmosphere in the room, I missed some good bright lightening. The sound of the vacuum cleaner is present all around (and they don't have carpets!) They should avoid using that vacuum cleaner so much, especially before 8 am when guests are sleeping! If they don't have carpets, use an old gold broom.

The check-in experience with Rodrigo was exceptional. He also assisted and spent time with us on how to get around the city, where to go, what to see, how to make the best use of our time. Alejandro, the bellman. provided superb service with care and attention to our luggage and anticipating our needs. Rodrigo and Alejandro make a superb combination and our thanks to both. Wish we had more time to spend there.

The check in was friendly and efficient.The bed was very comfortable and the room was equipped with a bathtub ,as requested.There was also a little kitchen which was great.l Also the churros at breakfast were the best in Buenos Aires !

Nothing specific to the hotel,but the streets around the hotel had cracked sidewalks.

I stayed only one night but had a pleasant experience overall. The room is big, and I particularly appreciated the kitchenette, with the microwave and kettle and complimentary tea and coffee. You also get a coupon for a 15% discount for dinner at the restaurant downstairs, and I used it; the restaurant was quite alright! The staff is friendly and helpful. I did not go outside much but knowing Buenos Aires can also say that the location of the hotel is good both for tourists and those coming for work.

The room was a bit dark, it is fine during the day with the curtains open, but in the evening, the lack of a lamp/lights above the bed makes it a bit too gloomy. I also would appreciate more breakfast options for those who do not fancy sweets/pastry for breakfast but it seems typical for many 4 star hotels in the city that I tried.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, the bed is absolutely amazing. The jacuzzi that you can use is great. The shower is great.

Everything is great, except for the breakfast. Breakfast doesn't have a lot of options. We only went for breakfast once and after that we didn't go anymore because it's just not good. Beside the breakfast everything is exceptional.

The hotel itself was lovely and clean with awesome staff and the rooftop deck was well used to escape the streets and enjoy some quiet relax time.

The location is great to understand old Buenos Aires but the area is run down and didn’t feel very safe. Hard to enjoy the surroundings outside the hotel. So hotel was a nice refuge.

Big Rooms that Contain a Small Dining Area and Kitchenette. Comfortable Bed and Pillows. I cannot comment too much on the hotel's facilities as I was feeling quite unwell throughout my stay, so ended up spending a few days in my hotel room.

The area is not the best, but I already knew this from reading previous reviews.

It was an enjoyable stay with big and spacious rooms, we even had a small kitchen in the bedroom. The hotel is also right in the city center and most landmarks are a 10 min walk.

This is a good hotel but they fail in the details. Our bathtub had stain marks from panting and the shower water would only go from burning you alive to very hot, it looked like a sauna. The room had a single power plug and we had to buy a power strip to be able to charge all our devices simultaneously. The room's kitchen didn't have any sponge and soap, so there was no way of cleaning the items we used. Also, the breakfast is very limited in options. Finally, considering this is a 4-star hotel I was expecting all the staff to speak English but that wasn't the case and we had problems communicating with them a few times.
