The hotel is relatively new, offering comfortable beds and a superb breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. The staff is exceptionally attentive and eager to assist, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Its location is conveniently central, making it easy to explore the city’s main attractions. However, the nearby streets did have some unpleasant odors due to garbage, which can be typical of busy, central areas. Despite this, the hotel remains a great option for those seeking comfort and value in a prime location.

The first room we were assigned, a superior room, was oddly located in a corner of the hotel and extremely noisy due to its proximity to the building’s ventilation systems. After requesting a change, the staff was helpful and offered a quieter room, which was unfortunately smaller. Additionally, small details like complimentary water and extra bathroom accessories could have enhanced the experience. That said, it still offers great value for money and outstanding service.

The Room was very good and clean, except the refrigerator was empty and not filled with water or other drinks…. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful, including the very friendly employees who handled our check-in and check-out, except one male employee in front of the computer who never payed attention to us or looked at us and always ignored us….. The breakfast staff was very friendly and courteous, just as the two barkeeper‘s also, very nice.

Great value. Great location 1 block from main street (ave Corrientes/Florida) with restaurant & theaters. 4 blocks from Obelisco. Very quite & clean rooms. Prefer to be on less busy street at night (electronics & furniture stores all around that close around 5pm) for sleeping. Very peaceful at night. 24-hr pharmacy 3 doors down. Breakfast good. Plenty of options. Luciano, Claudio, Pablo, & Matées speak perfect English and can assist you with everything from tango shows, opera shows (theatre colon 10 minute walk- top 10 in world -maybe best in South America), fútbol tickets, pcr and/or antigen tests (lab technician comes to hotel -extremely convenient), SUBE card needed for metro, bus, train, etc. I read the reviews prior to coming & was debating this hotel vs another with 9+ rating east of Obelisco. I decided to come here for 9 nights because they bring lab technician to hotel for covid test & other place didn't. I am very happy with this decision. I had concerns the "street" the hotel is not so busy at night after reading reviews. The hotel is surrounded by electonics & furniture stores which close at 5pm. I actually thought that was a positive. No street noise at night. Get a room in the back on higher floor if possible. I walked back to the hotel every night between 10pm-2am with no issues at all. Remember, the hotel is literally 1 block south of all the action (ave Corrientes/Florida). 1-2 blocks from all the famous pizza restaurants including Güerrin (best pizza place in town imo) & Pizzeria Banchero. The metro (line d) is 1 block north of hotel on ave Corrientes & connects to everything. Bus 29 to Caminito & La Boca 2 blocks away on main Street (Ave Corrientes / Florida). Easy access to Recoleta Cemetery & almost everything from metro nearby. For those who like to walk (exercise), 45 minute walk to La Boca or Recoleta so very doable walking. Breakfast 7-10.

Whilst a very central location, there were a number of homeless people on the street leading to the hotel whom had to be walked past to get to the hotel. There were no issues with them and we were ignored by them, but they spilt rubbish out onto the street which smelt. No fault of the hotel and this should not detract from anyone staying in an otherwise really good hotel.

Great location very close to Theatre District with several great restaurant options nearby. The staff was helpful and responsive to needs/requests. Large room with very comfortable bed. Air conditioning works really well. Excellent breakfast. Would stay here again.

The room has a strong mildew odor that you notice when you first enter, but otherwise very clean. Fitness area is very small and must be scheduled in advance. Two treadmills, an elliptical, and one bench with limited dumbells. You can make it work for a couple of days, but you won't get a full body workout in (legs) without significant creativity.

Newer hotel, great location, close to many restaurants, theatres, and the obelisk. Mercado San Telmo is walkable in about 30-45 minutes, nice walk through authentic Buenos Aires. Breakfast (extra charge) was very good. Staff very helpful.

I heard some loud banging after going to bed both nights, it sounded like a renovation or construction project was happening somewhere in the hotel overnight, really weird and disturbing. No exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Walk to hotel with poor rubbish dumps

The best bed and pillows out of my 3 weeks travel and in different hotels. Slept mostly throughout the night. Love the spaciousness of the room and the private corner with no noisy neighbours (although there were upstairs). Staff were all helpful and friendly. Location was near to city centre and within 5 min walking distance to supermarkets and a really cool entertainment and eating place - Manduca, which has several restaurants and live band club Temple. Love the hotel rooftop jacuzzi tub.

Not much facilities within hotel compounds - would love to have in house massage or spa services or a swimming pool, given the rather spacious hotel space. The toilet paper roll holder is too low - does not make sense that the toilet paper always touches the floor with the low placement of holder.

It’s exactly at the heard of the attractions, facilities were very clean & spacious, and the staffs were really friendly & helpful!

The room has everything you need, except no complimentary drinking water provided. So remember to buy some on your way to hotel check in.
