Great location, useful staff, room very clean. Definitely a place to recommend

Very customer-friendly staff, all of whom spoke English. Great breakfast.

Small bathroom with insufficient counter space for a hotel of this quality and price. If you are traveling to BsAs as a tourist, you need to be aware that the hotel is quite some distance from most of the things and places you will want to visit. Yes, there are lots of taxis and they are (still) quite cheap, but the traffic can be horrendous at peak times. And if you don't speak Spanish........

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The kitchen staff were amazing morning greeters and so helpful! The neighborhood had really great shopping close by. The staff wrote us a personal note on the return visit welcoming us back! The housekeepers were excellent and timed the cleaning around our excursions. The front desk staff was super helpful with recommendations for outings. Tango!!!

The room on the street was a bit noisy. The plumbing was a bit noisy.The hotel is a good hour's drive from the airport; however it was super easy to get Uber service to anywhere in the city.

This is an incredibly special place. I was very very happy with it and would stay again. The location is superb, staff were professional and helpful. Housekeeping was always on time, and you never even noticed their presence. The breakfast was exquisite. It was too chilly to use pool, but it was beautiful. Everything was so well done. They organized transport to and from the airport- on time and organized. I was SO impressed.

My only wish would have been for a fitness center on site. The rooms were somewhat small- but I understand that these are pieces of a boutique hotel. I knew what I was getting into before I booked.

Nice little hotel, very quiet on very quiet street in Palermo Soho. Walking distance to very good restaurants. About 20 minute by taxy to city center where most action is. Very comfortable, clean, good breakfast with great coffee. Staff is exceptional, helpful. English speaking. We had the best help from Claudio, he even called every place we needed, since our Spanish not that good.

Their towels a little old, but overall, no complains - everything was clean and tidy.

The Mine Hotel is brilliantly located in the Palermo Viejo district with multiple restaurants and bars close by. The design of the hotel is attractive. The breakfast was very good and, best of all, were the staff who were always extremely helpful and kind.

The hotel is quite expensive for BA, but Palermo is a trendy area so probably you pay a premium for that. The rooms are also a bit small and if you stay on the first floor there can be noise from guests down below and also quite a loud noise coming from some kind of generator near the pool.

Breakfast was very good. The offer of eggs and omelettes and pancakes was an unexpected extra and a nice surprise. The coffee was made to order and the staff was exceptional in terms of service.

The curtain in the room did not let a lot of light in because it was not wide enough to allow light and privacy. The little carpets on either side of the bed were a bit of a nuisance because they kept moving around. The concrete floor was a little cold. Perhaps a larger carpet that didn't move around would have been a better choice. The sink in the bathroom splashed all over the place which meant that one had to put on one's clothes after using the sink because there would be water splashes all over the clothes and anything on the countertop was always wet. Bidet was an added obstacle.

This hotel is fantastic. A great location, incredibly friendly staff. It was clean, the breakfast option was superb and the little touches such as providing an English language news update was first class. When I am back in Buenos Aires I would not hesitate to stay again. Fantastic.

It could be a little cheaper but you get what you pay for.

Beautiful little hotel! Felt like a little oasis in a lovely neighbourhood with loads to do within walking distance. The breakfast was great and the staff couldn’t have been nicer - they realised it was my partners birthday and left a card and some alfajores in our room! Super helpful and made us feel like nothing was too much trouble.
