My applause to your desk staff. Really enjoyed talking with them each day. They were genuinely friendly. I liked the fact that all of them could speak some English, and were quick with the IPhone translator, too. (Two of them were exceptionally fluent.) Because I stayed there for some time, I can recommend the domestic staff for the consistent quality of my room. Location is excellent. Enjoyed some of the best restaurants, many of which are in walking distance of the hotel. Overall, my favorite location among the five hotels in four countries that I have visited over the past several weeks. Keep it up! You got a good thing going.

I didn’t get to hang around long enough.

Very responsive to our inquires prior to check-in. Super friendly and accommodating staff, especially Stuardt who gave us local tips and restaurant recommendations. Great location in Palermo, in the vicinity of many restaurants and within 5 mins walk to the subway.

No breakfast, but minibar is replenished daily with drinks and snacks at no extra cost. Bad noise isolation, unfortunately we had noisy neighbours who partied through the night.

As an alternative to the centre, hotel location is excellent. Subway station is literally two minutes walking distance and there are plenty of buses on the main street. There are also nice restaurants. Hotel stuff has been extremely friendly and helpful. The room was well equipped with a good selections of coffees, teas and biscuits, water bottles, all complimentary (probably to compensate the lack of bar/restaurant but still very nice).

The hotel is really near a railway station, hence a bit noisy. The surroundings are not particularly appealing. As many properties in Buenos Aires, the building (and the room) is old and it shows its age in many small details.

The room is clean, the receptionist is kind. There is a supermarket near, a Mcdonalds at the corner and a bakery at the opposite corner, where you can have salads, great sandviches. We could leave our baggage there, so could see the city without big backpacks.

We were there for only one night, nothing negative.

The staff were super friendly and helpful with everything. The bed was very comfortable and had the best pillows ever. There is a nice quiet little patio area at the back to relax away from the street. Even though there is no breakfast at this hotel, there was a nice selection of coffee and teabags and some breakfast biscuits and orange juice in the fridge. Very nice touch!

A small thing: would be great to reduce use of plastic for sustainability. For example, no plastic cups and replace the plastic shampoo sachets with a refillable dispenser.

The staff and the location of this hotel are absolutely my favourite things and what makes me keep choosing it when I go to Buenos Aires!

Whenever I washed my face in the bathroom sink, there was always water all over the floor because the sink is too low – which is understandable in terms of accessibility, or course. However, it did bother me to have a wet bathroom floor until the next day. Something that could also improve is the care with the towels and blankets; more than one time I had to ask for new towels because the new ones that were in my room were dirty before I even used them.

We arrived very late and the man on reception couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. We knew the price didn’t include breakfast so it was an added bonus to have juice, toast and jam in the room. The bedroom and bathroom were a good size, and clean and comfortable. The hotel is in the perfect location for exploring Palermo.

As the room was next to the road, it was a little noisy from traffic.

A nice hotel in Palermo . Close to the parks , Plaza Italia , domestic airport and the main bar/restaurants . The Arcos district is only 5 mins away with it's shops , bars and stop for the Buenos Aires Yellow bus .The staff were efficient and always happy to help . It's not a luxury hotel but I thought it was clean , good value friendly place to stay . They provide snacks of dry toasts , conserves , tea etc in the room and fill the mini bar with free water , juice and sodas everyday which was a lovely touch .

10/10 Staff was completely helpful the entire time and was able to answer any questions before we arrived. Room was clean, quiet, and spacious and had even little snacks/tea should you feel hungry. VERY ACCOMMODATING! We stayed one night but had we known, we would have chosen a longer stay at Palermo Bridge. It is a safe location and is just 40 seconds away from Avenida Santa Fe. The neighborhood is wonderful and with so many options to do in the area, this property is WONDERFUL! Thank you very much, Palermo Bridge! Hasta la proxima!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise and I wish I stayed longer. It was in the best area of the city surrounded by parks, countless shopping and food options. It was spotlessly clean, and had amazing hot shower. Extremely safe - they buzz you in when you arrive. Personnel was the friendliest in all my travels in South America. Getting all this for such price I can not give it less than 10!
