Great location, quiet, clean and comfortable

There was a man on site (likely the manager) who was very by-the-book and required us to add a rollaway bed to the room and a charge of ~$80 per night because we had a small child, despite us telling him she would sleep with us in the same bed. Major money-grab policy as the bed was left vacant. The “pool” was a wading pool - maybe 2 feet deep at best and the hot tub that overflowed into it made the pool really warm - too warm to go into in the hot humid summer. Everything else was great - the room was very clean and nice, maid serve was also great. Beautiful facility and the desk service was very kind and helpful.

The hotel was cool with a swanky, modern/cool ambiance. Everybody there took great pride in the appearance and upkeep of the property. Modern, clean, and green. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Loved the balcony overlooking the restaurant's outside seating area. Many nice restaurants walking distance. Quiet, but not bad at all. Overall vibes reminded me of my neighborhood in Queens, NYC.

Seems to have thin floors and ceilings. We could hear our neighbors next door in casual conversation because there is no way to produce white noise. You can't expect everybody to be quiet at all times. Everybody is a guilty of this, including me. I really want a quiet sleeping environment, and this place didn't provide. Nice, quiet neighborhood, but a little out of the way for the most active areas of Palermo. Quick taxi ride to those areas though, and not a bad walk if the weather is nice.

Very comfortable hotel with a perfect location steps from the best restaurants and shops of Palermo. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and a nice little balcony to enjoy your morning coffee. Great breakfast. Complimentary welcome glass of wine is a nice touch. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool, which is a great place to relax despite being a small and quite warm in the height of summer. I wish I would have stayed longer to be able to use the bicycles. Staff were also extremely helpful and friendly.

Nothing. Restaurant was closed at the time of my visit, but there are so many great places nearby I would have chosen to explore one of these anyhow.

Reception staff were very helpful with directions, recommendations for restaurants, ordering taxis etc. The breakfast was good with a decent selection and good coffee. We ate there in the evening when we arrived and got a complimentary glass of wine. There was a nice outdoor, green area as well as the (shallow) pool on the roof. Room was very spacious, as was the bathroom. Very clean.

The shower was a large fixed shower head but I like an adjustable shower as I'm short. I'm sensitive to smells and could smell a ?cleaning chemical in the lobby area but at least it was clean! One night we had noisy neighbours (not from within the hotel).

The staff were exceptional and bent over backwards for us, all were very friendly and accommodating. The dining area was comfortable with a pleasant outdoor garden, the food was good, a nice wine selection, good options for breakfast. The room was comfortable, spacious, and had a nice balcony. The location was super, a nice walking neighborhood, and close to the metro,

The only thing I can think to improve would be the wifi which was intermittent at times.

Great receptionists, large room, comfy beds, and everything was pretty clean. Breakfast was great wtih very tasty foods (e.g. ramon, cheeses, mixed fruits, eggs and bacon), and you could ask the attendants for freshly brewed coffee/latte and juice! Location was pretty good, next to the Uptown bar, the Alchemist ice-cream parlor, and other awesome places in Palermo. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and in the hotel.

No flaws regarding the infrastructure, services and staff!! It is not cheap, but you get what you pay for!!

The location is great in a very walkable neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Easy access to public transportation. The staff is remarkably friendly, helpful and extremely efficient. The restaurant on the ground level is a good choice in case you don’t want to leave the property. They serve a tasty breakfast every morning with many different choices from the healthy to the not so healthy and everything was delicious.

The Palo Santo Suite has two small balconies and a spectacular view of the Palermo skyline. We kept the glass doors open as much as possible to enjoy the nice weather outside. The only problem is the amount of dogs barking at any given time, day or night. Also, there’s a lot of noise coming from the Club Atlético Palermo with cheering from games happening almost every evening (we eventually got used to it and ended up liking it)

A real gem in the heart of Palermo Hollywood, a great neighborhood with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. We got an amazing room at the top floor with a beautiful view and it was also really quite. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. The staff at the reception (Cami & Adrian) were exceptional, so helpful and friendly, by far the best staff we have met on our trip!

The breakfast was OK but the space was a bit small and the staff was not so friendly (maybe we were also comparing to the reception staff).

Staff, staff, staff! Oh, wow, this hotel is gorgeous and stylish, but it's the staff that really makes it special. They learned our names right away, and were so friendly, fun and helpful with everything we needed, including changing dollars, doing laundry, giving excellent recommendations, etc. A highlight was also the bike rental that was included with the price of the room. The bike lanes around Palermo are incredible and safe, and we rode all the way from the hotel to the MALBA, then back through the Rosedal in the park. Loved the breakfast here too, and the quiet, stylish and spacious room. There's also a pharmacy, laundromat, deli, bakery, supermarket and wine shop on the block, which is very handy if you're staying a few days.

This hotel is located a little further from Palermo Soho / Plaza Armenia / Plaza Serrano than I would have liked, and to get there you have to cross the train tracks over Juan B. Justo, which I don't love, but it's really close to Carranza subway station and Santa Fe bus lines for accessing other areas of the city, and there are lots of great restaurants within a few blocks.

The reception staff were amazing and helped with all our questions on the city and gave us lots of recommendations. Also we had a problem with our uk adaptor and they found a store for us to purchase one. Also helped with problems with our phone.. everyone at the hotel was so very friendly to us.

The pool was very poor and not very clean. You really could not use it
