I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to make sure I felt comfortable and welcome. Their warm smiles and willingness to help made a huge difference in my overall experience. The hotel offers excellent value for money, with clean and comfortable rooms that exceeded my expectations. Overall, the stay was pleasant. The rooms were big and comfortable, and we enjoyed the view from the hotel. The hotel was not full of guests, making it perfect for a quiet rest.

The Wi-Fi in the room was unreliable, and the sound from the ventilation was bothersome during the day. Thankfully, it could be turned off at night upon request. Using the sauna was a bit inconvenient, as the pool was located far away and outside. It required exiting the hotel and walking a considerable distance from the sauna to the pool. An indoor pool would have been much more convenient for that particular reason.

First I would like to list the positive aspects of the hotel. the hotel was quite clean both the rooms and the hotel in general. the attitude of the staff was very good. the hotel was close to the center but at the same time away from the noise of the street and very quiet in the courtyard. There was a nice view from the balcony

However the walls of the hotel were very thin and all the noise from the next room could be heard in our room also there was no tea and coffee in the room like in other hotels or extra toiletries. the outdoor pool was not so clean as the insects on the trees were swimming in the water. Overall it was not a bad hotel to choose

The housekeeping team cleaned our room every day, and although we forgot the bellman’s name, he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and kind. We look forward to staying with you again in the future.

This hotel offers excellent rooms with a breathtaking view of the mountains. In Tsaghkadzor, a good mountain view is crucial because there are many hotels with dense development, and not all of them offer such a view. The rooms are clean, and the interiors are very pleasant and functional. There is a good restaurant nearby, adding to the convenience. The hotel also features a small outdoor pool, and the view from there is spectacular! If you find yourself in this city, I highly recommend this hotel.

What did you like? We liked the location, as it was close to the ropeway and not too far from the city center. The place offered interesting facilities such as a pool, hamam, and dry sauna. Additionally, we loved the room; it was very spacious and comfortable.

We were disappointed with the receptionist's service. We called them several times due to an issue with the bath. They promised to address it promptly, but no one came to fix it. The breakfast was somewhat costly at 3500 AMD per person. For that price, I could have dined at a better restaurant in Tsaghkadzor and enjoyed superior food.

The room is clean and big. There are small refrigerator and small kitchen. A beatiful yard. There are some parking spaces wothout roof, in front of the building. You can use dry and wet sauna with previous reservation and free of charge. It is located near the ski slopes, you can walk but not by ski boots.

The hotel is located on uphill, it is near the ski slopes, but it is impossible to walk by ski boots, you need a car or taxi.

The location is perfect if you want to spend a day on the ski area you can just walk up few restaurants around that worth. The view was beautiful with snow the place is a vibe , Christmas decoration was beautiful.

The entrance to the hotel is hard to get in if you are walking and there’s snow, there’s a wooden staircase to climb but is dangerous and slippery. I stayed in 4 hotels around and their breakfast could be way better, they don’t have coffee available I went to the reception to ask for it and I got a terrible coffee after all. The food was tasteless burnt omelet, looking that the hotel is located in a small town with many resources around I was expecting an Armenia taste .

The location is about 5 min walk from the ropeway and next to a great restaurant called The Craftsman. Room is good and bed is comfortable. Staff is great.

The picture for the king mtn view shows a floor to ceiling window. We did not receive this. Also, the breakfast is not worth 3500AMD in my opinion and you're better off walking next door to The Craftsman. The breakfast is cereal, hotdogs, a bit of fruit, bread, waffles w/o syrup, etc....very basic....

Breakfast is normal one, it did not meet my expectation, nothing wrong here, as this was happened due to different culture. I appreciate the behaviour of the staffs, especially the receptionist. Even though they don't know the english however, they managed it. If we request any additional things, they will arrange it without any hesitation. I loved it. Highly recommended.
